Casino Complaint hippodromeonline have faulty games & software

    Hi,

    I have a serious issue with hippodromeonline casino, firstly I believe that they use Microgaming software that should be reliable. Boy I was wrong as I have lost quiet a bit of money due to faulty and dodgy games.

    The games crash at all times in Google Chrome, Firefox and the dreaded Internet Explorer. I have deposited £220 and lost around £180, the funny and strange thing is that the games crash during the start of a bonus or free spin round. It's as if hippodromeonline are doing this on purpose as they are fixing the outcomes for the slots.

    Is there a way to contact the game rep or host as I cannot find anyone to contact, and can I get my money back.

    Please help

    There may be annoying software glitches etc, but....

    You didn't lose your money because the software is unreliable, or because the games are dodgy. You lost your money because that's what happens most of the time when you gamble. The software didn't force you to gamble, that was your choice.

    Sorry if that sounds blunt, but it's the truth.

    RE contact, you can speak to a CS rep via their live 24/7 chat facility. I checked their website, and they definitely have one. You can also reach them via email and toll free phone.

    check you bandwith

    check you upload and download speeds you get crashes and forever loading bonus rounds from no bandwith
    it never really a casinos issue you want at least 50ks down and 12ks up depending on software
    also check you flash java ect is up to date

    Yes, if the game isn't cached and you just open a new ThunderstruckII for example, your game will stall the first time you hit bonus and take an age to load. It will stall and stall again , but eventually if you open and close it a couple of times it will get there. THIS IS NOT THE CASINO'S FAULT NOR IS THE SOFTWARE DISHONEST!
