I have never made a complaint via PAB, or any other method, before but I feel
I am being wronged by a casino and I believe I need some help.
I downloaded the highnoon casino through a no deposit link at a friends forum.

In the sign up form it asked for a cell phone number and I do not own a cell phone
other than a work cell which I do get bills in my name for but I am not permitted
to use in these cases. I entered my appropriate home phone number where
applicable and tried to leave the cell part out. It was a required field so I had no choice
but to enter a number to carry on. I entered 613-123-4567 as i i didn't think the cell mattered
as it never had before on any of my other casinos. So i carried on and completed the
sign up form and claimed the bonus.

The bonus was a 60.00 no deposit bonus with a 30x WR (pretty typical) and to my
surprise for the first time ever I was able to pass the WR with 481.00 remaining as
a cashable withdrawl. I contacted the live chat to find out the requirements and
was instructed on what to do. I was told max cashout was 5x the 60.00, so 300.00.
Great! All I needed to do was make a 21.00 dep and send in proper documentation
for verification including faxback form. I made a 25.00 dep and sent all forms in right away.

Monday morning i received an e-mail from highnoon casino telling me 2 things needed
to be adjusted before verifying my account and processing my 300.00 WD.
I needed to rescan my ID ( drivers license ) as the resolution was too low and that my
phone number on my account didn't match the one on my faxback form.
The e-mail asked me to provide a time that they could contact me by phone to verify
my phone number. Nowhere in the e-mail did it say this was a problem other than
verifying my phone number.

I replied that I would fix the ID and wasn't sure which phone number was wrong.
I resent the new ID file and all documents were fine now.
At that time I contacted live chat to ask about the number as I was unsure as to
what they meant. The support asked me if I could give them a contact number
and when they could call me to verify it. I gave them my home number (same one on
my sign up and faxback form ) and the lady called me within 2 minutes to verify.
I told support about the cell i entered and maybe that was the problem. She said
that was ok and calling me to verify home number was fine and that there should be
no problem going forward and she would forward that info to the cashier.

The next day I received another e-mail from highnoon telling me that my phone
was incorrect and they would not be paying me and closed my account also.
I was shocked. I contacted live chat to find out what was going on. I explained the
cell thing again and again was told that wasn't the problem. They said my home number
on my account was entered wrong and that was the reason. I told her there is no way
I entered a wrong number for home. I have several casino accounts and they are all
fine and I can assure you I know my home phone number, besides they called me
the night before and it was verified.

According to chat support the cell number i used
was entered in all phone number spaces on the sign up form. I now that is untrue.
Besides, they verified my number already. Why would I enter the same number in all
the spaces for phone contact? That makes no sense. I don't know what happened after i
filled the form out but they claim I entered a false home number when I know
I didn't. This is the reason for not paying me?

I contacted my friend as to what to do before coming here as i did get
the casino from his site. He told me he would speak to them about it.
According to him in all his years he has never seen
a casino not pay over a phone number and was confident it would be resolved no
problem. He said even if the number was wrong it should be ok once they verify my
number ( even though I know the number was correct).
He got nowhere and is still shocked and has no idea why they are being like this.
Now I am here. I don't know what else to do but I feel that highnoon is just making an excuse
not to pay me for some reason known only to them.

That does sound strange for CWC group. I would be hesitant to add my work cell # too if I were you.

It truly makes no sense if that is the reason they are using.

This was my response from the rep. "I'm really sorry that this happened to you however we need to follow our terms of use in this case. Breach of terms on the sign up especially is something we treat very seriously."

The only thing I didn't provide was my cell number. I put in my home number. It's a required field.
I gave it to live chat again the next day and they called me at home and spoke to me.

I know they do hold their rules very high, but there has to be some other reason now since you have talked to them already and explained.

I don't know if you can PAB here now, but this is way too strange.

If its only about the mobile number then what happens if after signing up and you get rid of your mobile. Will that mean in the future if you get a big win they wont pay as you have no mobile for them to contact you. Not everyone in the world has a mobile or in the other case a home phone. Quite often I get asked for home phone number but never give it out to anyone. One of the reasons being I never use it. Only reason I have a home phone is because it comes as the package with my tv and internet supplier but never use it.

There has to be more to this than an invalid cell phone number. I don't buy it.

Having said that, I never give my cell phone out and have stopped in mid registration a few times when this was a required field because I refuse to give it and I'm not going to fudge the form and be denied winnings because of it.

If this is nothing more than the cell phone number not provided on sign up then you should PAB.

be sure to read the information thoroughly before submitting this.

if it's more than the cell phone and you fudged additional info on sign up then you need to take this as a hard lesson learned and fill out the forms correctly during sign up in the future if you wish to play at that casino.
 
Before people start assuming there's more than what's been said, Shaky is my brother. Almost all of his gambling experience has been at 3Dice and he's only recently started trying other casino software. He asked me if not providing a cell phone would be an issue when he signed up and I told him I doubt it since I don't even have a cell phone and nobody's ever bothered me about it. I put my home number in both the home and cell phone boxes. He said he's not giving out his cell number but they can have his home phone.

I don't believe that he originally put a fake home phone number anywhere. When he started trying out other casinos I talked to him at length about the importance of giving the correct information if he wants to get paid. He fully understands the consequences of not providing accurate information.

Personally, I don't understand what the big deal is. I can understand that online casinos can't card people at the door like a B&M casino and by calling a home phone number they can check the home phone address against the addresses on your ID. For that reason I can understand a casino wanting to call someone to verify their identification.

That's been done. All ID checks out with the home phone number provided and that number has been verified. The worst part is, in spite of the fact that I don't really like this casino group, when he told me he won at this casino I told him he should have no trouble getting paid. When he told me they cancelled his withdrawal and closed his account all I could do was roll my eyes.

This isn't the first time that I've disagreed with this casino's decision not to pay a player. Cases like this are the reason I just can't be bothered discussing casino issues anymore. Now as a result of this decision, the forum where he got the bonus link from has put a warning up that it's entirely possible you won't get paid for silly reasons and here we are again discussing a casino in this group and shaking our heads.

I told him he should PAB but at the same time I told him if it was me I wouldn't even bother because I've seen that process fail with this casino group in the past when in my personal opinion that decision was completely unfair.

Either way, they can be sure they'll never see another deposit from him.

I know Club World group is a very good group as well. What I dont understand is if someone verified you then how can they use that as the excuse of not paying you? Did you get the lady's name that called you? I would also start a P A B !

They claim I did not put a valid home number in that field. I know I did. I opened chat and again gave number..they called me and spoke to me. Chat support lady ( OLA I think ) said on the phone..thx we just had to verify home number and I will forward that info to cashier.
Next day acc closed no pay for no valid home number given. When I was told the home number was not valid I tried to log in to see acc details
but acc was already closed. I'd love to see the sign up form although IDK what happened to it after I signed up.

I filled out the home number correctly. I could not bypass the cell number field as it was required to advance and can't use the one I have
so I put in any ole number..but only in cell field! They say I put that same cell number in all the phone number fields therefore an invalid home number..no way! So I gave support my home again and hey called me and said no problem. Then next day...well

This thread is making them look ridiculous. I hope they understand that.

I also hope that everyone who reads this in the future see it as a warning to never give away the wrong phone number to this group, and if you don't have or want to give the correct one....stay far away from them.

It is terrible, I can see the casino side of things, If going to put dodgy number down than what other dogy have you put? (any person that is) How many times do you think a casino has seen people saying oh I put in wrong addresses by mistake as that was old one, or are wrong door number,

I also agree that it should not be compulsory to put numbers down, If for any reason they want to speak to you than there should be a clause that states we have the right to call you and must provide a valid number when asked, & NO number will be held on file,

The casinos have probs had enough of it, Rules are rules no matter how minor, Simple thing and do not play sites that ask,

I would be annoyed also low, Just make sure every time you log on to site from now or is to make sure details are at par, Ring me up as much as they want, I never got my house phone pluged in, (hate the bloody thing ringing) only gets pluged in to make 0845 call ect, Any 1 wants me they can get me on mobs

Problem is...I entered my home number..they had a number to call. When told they didn't I gave it again and they called. I have many casino accounts..all valid..all proper info ..many wds,,never once a problem...til now
 
I think everyone is getting their panties in a bunch about something that the rep hasn't even had a chance to look at yet. Give her time to look into your case and wait til you find out what's up before freaking out.
