Time flies and we're working incredibly hard with getting our games in good shape. We'll release yet another title tomorrow - this time it's True Grit Redemption. Thought I'd share you some information for that game as well - I hope you appreciate it! There's already been some posts about this game previously from you guys, with some assets from the game even. =)

Short about the game
Cascading game which starts out as a 6x5 reel, but with parts of the reel to be locked. Two bonus modes - Torture Spins and Dead Spins (pun intended?). You may upgrade from FMS to GF by activating the Evil 4 feature in the bonus round.

Min bet: 20c, Max bet: 100 euro.

RTP: 96.11% (DX1: 94.04%)
Volatility: Extreme.
Hit frequency: About 1 in 4 spins
Max payout: 20 220x the bet - Simulated ~1 in 6M spins
Bonus buy: 69x up to 669x.

Wild Transform
Match the symbols on the reels underneath the top reel and you'll be rewarded with them being transformed into Wild symbols.

xNudge Wild, xWays and Infectious xWays
You've seen these before in other games.

Reel Split
Cousin to xSplit Wilds, but just splits the symbol on the main reel, then it disappears to make room for a new symbol.

Transform 'em
Turns all low paying symbols or high paying symbols into the same type. Ex. turn or K,Q,J,10 into A's.

Grit Girl
Scatter paying symbol that can pay wickedly good when she lands. Base payout is x25 for 3 syms, x500 for 4 and on top of that she'll also be rewarded the Wild multiplier in the bottom corner that ticks up with +1x for each win/avalanche.

Torture Spins
3 scatters awards 8+ Torture Spins. Opens up the game area and these locked positions will be in play for the entire bonus round.

Dead Spins
4 scatters awards 10+ Dead Spins. The entire area, including the Wild multiplier in the right bottom corner, is now in play.

No more grit to be found
The max payout of the game - which is set to 20 220 times the base bet.

Nolimit Replay
As for all our games, you can go back and replay any round - but hopefully a round with a massive win of course. I'll let you all post your own replays as this game was released just minutes ago.

@degerardo - yes, some stats for you.
  • Overall RTP is 96.11% (62.5% in main game).
  • Torture Spins (1/~210) or to buy (69x, RTP 96.6%, upgrade 1/~20)
  • Dead Spins (1/~28k) or to buy (669x, RTP 96.9%)
Hard to hit it clean from base game, but roughly 1 in 20 to get an upgrade to the Dead Spins bonus mode from Torture Spins.

Probably an oversight, but let's not forget there is also a lower-paying 94.04% version for players to watch out for.

Are you making this for the German market even lower also? Just a thought :)

p.s. Any hit rate stats for the lower version?

I figured that you're the people that will looks for the 96% version, so better to post that data. Already posted the RTP's for 94% so that you don't think I'm hiding it in any way. The hit rate on "any win" is the same for 94%, but the hit rate for the bonus rounds and other features is slightly lower.

German version is 90%, didn't even bother to add that here - as it's only for the German market.

Hope you don't think I was criticising, NLC has always been transparent about stats in the main, I realise you are slaves to industry movements and meeting industry pressures and demands.

I just detest the practice and idea of it all and am on a one-man campaign to highlight it wherever I can :p

I didn't read every post and missed the one where you mention the lower version.

If its any consolation, I am saving the best for when Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play and Red Tiger come out of hiding, though I won't hold my breath :)

I'm glad you guys contribute to CM.
 
No worries @bamberfishcake - wouldn't think that about your comments. I just wanted to be clear about the differences and why I focus more on the 96%.

It's easy to be missunderstood in text - I get that - but thanks for your support dude!

Why not? We are an international crowd here and that part about the 90% version is very important for some people like me. I wasn't aware of that.

As you might know, some casinos deduct 5% of every bet, some casinos run the lowest RTP versions and some do both. So if I play at the wrong casino I'm playing at 85% RTP. I never knew you guys offer a special RTP version lower than 94%. That might explain some horrible returns I had.
 
Well - Torture Spins (1/~210) - hope it's not like Legion!!!!
- where statement is kind of similar way, but 2350!!! spins on base game with no basic bonus landed... lol. That was the last 2350 spins on that game for me. Very very very very very and very bad game guys! I thought it will be nicely balanced, but its a money taker for all. lol.
- not talking spending 3200Euros on bet 0.40 with no higher bonus than 70x bet = so, that will makes people think twice to even try this game. Lol.
But giving a hope it's not like Legion! I am gonna run test spins on it as well.

BIB - Well that link is not the correct link lol. That link is for Infectious 5 xways lol. Maybe you need to correct it and edit it.

Its been linked to Infectious 5 for months, for some reason when they put out new game its always linked to that game :)
well now the game is gone from the site so :cool::confused:
 
@bowki - it seems you need to research your own market a bit more and how it all works. Going into such a specific market is probably better off in another special thread, or even a german forum, right?

@degerardo - quite a lot of exclamation marks, but it seems sane to test out the game with play money first. It's available on nolimitcity.com if you'd like to try it out before putting the money into it.

@DreamRJ - aww, crap. Copied and old post and edited it. Must have missed that one - i'll update. Must have missed out on that link all together for quite some time (I coped Evil Goblins...). Thanks! The game will be up on our website in about an hour.

Oh I know how it all works, thank you. I just never noticed you offer a 90% version, because you always post the 96 and 94 here with every new game. So I wasn't aware that NLC offers such a low version as well.

But I'll leave it at that. Seems to be the wrong place for this discussion.

Ok cool thanks, I can not wait to join it. Can I also ask some info about the max win on the Tombstone RIP slot please? I would like to know if it will be anything close to San Quentin in terms of max win like 150K X or more or lower? :)
 
So the max win is 20,220x stake if you are very very lucky to get it from the base game, 1 in 28,000 spins or basic bonus with an upgrade (1 in 4200 spins)

OR 30.2x if you buy the feature at 669x stake :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Tombstone RIP - Max win at 300 000x, but that has seriously low probability to reach that final max win of course, don't remember the data from our simulations atm. True Grit is simulated to hit the max win 1 in 6M spins, which is the lowest we've ever released so far.

It seems like NLC enjoy working with the number 69. Any chance of a slot based on that number?
 
Germany is such a nerfed market with their new taxation - it has forced the casinos to lower the RTP below 90% to even have a chance to make money. I'm sure some casino rep can shed some extra light on the matter.

If you see any games with a higher RTP - then you're probably playing some off-shore casino. Most suppliers games are between 88-90%, some are lower - probably at 85% - but that would be the odd one. We've got just a handful of games in that market - mostly new ones and a handful of the most popular games in that market.

You will only see 96% and 94% as long as you play Nolimit City games outside of Germany. 90% is ONLY for that specific market.

Managed two bonuses, first paid 75x and I was screaming for Greta to bloody land as she had a 13x multi on her which would've been nice.

Next feature paid a quid, I thought quick spinning was banned in the UK, those dead spins went at the speed of light! Apt name for the feature as well torture spins, can be torturous to land the feature!

My understanding is the tax is often charged on top of the bet. 5.31% tax on top of the bet for example costs 1.0531 on a 1.00 bet.

There are casinos that operate under licencing, not off-shore, and still offer decent RTP on games.

I agree the market is a mess but my heart does not bleed for any casinos and I dont think they struggle to make money, just not as much as others.

@bowki I have done a little research and you can still play games with decent RTP in the 96% range.

It's probably the worst market for a casino to make a profit but not as bad as Pelle suggests.

Do your research and find decent casinos that offer good RTP and charge extra on the bet, rather than playing nerfed slots at 90% and paying less. It's better for your pocket and fun.

p.s. playing the lower-paying versions of slots also encourages the problem of lower RTP.
 
@bowki so I know it's Aspire Global, but! most casinos nowadays, once verified, pay and to be honest, ive played them and had no issues lately.

They did a press release about their BuyWin feature which charges the tax on to the bet but keeps max RTP slots:

I also dont think they are struggling.

I would rather pay the extra on bet and play max versions every day of the week :)

I'm sure with a bit of local digging you can find decent german casinos offering premium products

Believe me when I say I spent some time this year searching for decent Casinos offering higher RTPs, Autospin, no 1€ limit, etc.

ATM I'm happy with the N1 Casinos. They still offer the high(er) RTPs and they only take the extra 5%. It is still kind of a grey zone as the gambling authority is still not fully working and not a single license has been given until today. It's just a matter of time before all MGA casinos have to follow the rules or leave the market but for now, there are some options left.

Curacao Crypto Casinos are the other option.

NLC Slots really hitting hard for me this month , also got a few 300 400 500x and just got 300x on East Coast vs West Coast (got the coast 2 coast mid bonus)

Wins aside, NLC could easily be the best provider in the last few years with their audio, visual and game mechanics, but the ridiculous extreme bonus prices is so annoying. SAY NO TO BONUS BUYS
