Just Arenda is fine :)

The whole reason I created this account is because I have a dispute with an online casino. Unfortunatly the MGA was not very helpfull allthough I had a lot of solid proof.

I am a newby at Casino Meister and I am not able to create my complaint yet. So I hope I will be able to drop it soon.

I am a nurse have a boyfriend and we both like to gamble and if we win we like to raise our bets till we get something great.

It is Sloty (Genesis Global Limited) I saw a Casino Cruise rep is on the forum as well. They forfeited my winnings €10.500 because I breached their terms.
But I will add the complaint when I can it is better because I think this is not the right topic to tell all the information. To keep it short; Sloty and I both breached the terms multiple times, they confirmed to me it was not a problem and at the point they confirmed everything for a second time by email and chat they changed their minds and decided I breached the terms which made them refuse to pay.

And thanks everyone for the warm welcomes! :)

P.s: I see I can create my PAB so I will do that now.
