Hi All,
I've been looking for some help and came across this site. I hope someone can give me some advise.
A few days ago I signed up to MrGreen Casino & made about 4 deposits totalling 250 Euros. Having played all day, I ended up with the same amount which I tried to withdraw (250 euros)
Next day, I find my account has been blocked and was asked to provide documentation (passport, bank statement with address) which I did.
Today, I was asked to give more info about my residency - this was the email:
Dear George,
I hope this email finds you well.
I'm writing today, because we need an explanation regarding your residency.
Please confirm, when you will be back in UK. [/I][/I]

I plan to fly back to the UK between 29th July - 5th August. Since my wife-to-be is Lithuanian I often travel quite a bit between the UK & Lithuania, but rest assured my permanent address is the UK one provided.
I was shown an online advert for Mr Green last week during my time in Lithuania. So it tells me that you have a marketing campaign geographically set up to show to countries in the EU?
I am a search engine marketing analyst working with Google & Bing for the last 10 years so I would question why my account would be blocked regardless of the location I have decided to sign up from

Thank you for the quick reply.
And congratulations with the upcoming wedding!
Unfortunately we decided to close your account due to the fact that you are a UK citizen and you do not official live in Lithuania.
We operate under different gaming licenses. For Lithuania, we operate under the MGA - Malta Gaming Authority and for the United Kingdom we operate under UKGC - United Kingdom Gaming Commission. As you are a UK citizen we therefore are required that you play under the UKGC license.
When you are located in UK again you are more than welcome to create a new account with the correct country stated as GB. We unfortunately can't open the already created account. Bear in mind that when and if you will create a new Mr Green account. The new account should be with a different account name as all of our Mr Green account names are unique, and therefore you can no longer use the account name as the now closed account.

No mention about withdrawal, I have asked and awaiting reply!
Ahh I just wanted to play some slots and now this...
