Jokers They are not accepting my proof of address. I have sent a utility bill which is one of the documents required for proof of address that meets all requirements. It has my name and address that matches the one on the account and on my ID. Also, it's dated within the last 3 months and has the company's logo on it. Yet they are still emailing me back saying it has not passed our security checks but, as I point out, its utility bill and meets all the requirements that have been asked for. So I send them something else that meets the requirements but they keep resetting the wait time to 72 hours each time. It's very time consuming and unfair as they have no reason to decline the documents in the first place. This has been going on for 4 days now, they have accepted my ID. Just dragging their heels over the proof of address which, as I pointed out, meets the requirements set out. I have been more compliant and patient with their requests, but nothing is getting resolved and all the time I'm being prevented from withdrawing my winnings for no good reason. Just delaying tactics and its wrong also there making it a condition for withdrawal which is under condition 17 sub section 2 of the gambling commission laws. They could of asked for this at time of signing up or upon deposit but chosse not to. Live chat and email useless just say we sticking to there produces and or take ages to reply via email stay away if u have lagre win I can guarantee that you will have hard and long wait to get your funds.

How much are you waiting on? Not that it should matter. Stopped playing there ages ago tbh, when they asked me for SOW. Stuff the entitled +*#€s, I hope the whole industry gets bubbled for what it is.

It's all sorted now they payed out 550 it was. Made thearts to take it to the ceo and reminded that they are breaking their licensing obligations by making it condition to withdraw think that helped move things along.

Long gone are those days currption in the casino industry is rive now. Quick enough take ur funds without asking for documents but as soon as u wanna withdraw they wanna put every hurdle they can in hope that u just give up on it.

I would not mined if they asked for all this upon sign up but to do.it upon withdrawal is unfair. But caan berry says it should be single a customer wallet think thats the best way really stops casinos seeing all ur personal stuff u dont really want them to see.

Yeah it is not on but what can you do either comply or don't play. Gambling Commission just not fit for purpose in enforcing what they say cleary taking a nice bung.
