Do you have to be working with this processor to get the information for these checks? You should still be able to get intouch with this processor and get the information, I know that with banks I no longer bank with, I have up to 3 years to get copies of old checks for free, anything over 3 years they charge a fee, but still has the information. We are talking about 6 months here, there has to be a way to get this information for David. Please don't take the stance "The player has been paid, there is nothing we can do now".

With all due respect, and not to sound rude, it is Rushmores fault that this is just now being told to David that his checks were issued 6 months ago and either deposited or cashed. Why was he not notified before this? He has been patiently waiting for his money and then you come back at him with this nonsense? Why are you not telling this man, "David, I am sorry and I will be getting to the bottom of this, please give me a few days to look into this."

What is the withdrawals department going to do for him? Are they going to issue new checks? Are they going to get intouch with the processor to find out exactly what is going on? You're reply tells this player nothing! When did you stop using this processor?

Something just isn't right here, it should have never taken 6 months for this player to find out the checks were issued, and cashed/deposited. I am angry has hell and this doesn't even pertain to me. If this is the way this group is going to treat players, then there is no reason you should get out of the rogue pit, because it is a shame it has taken this long for this player to find out all this information.

You want to get out ot the pit, then issue new checks, or Western Union this player his winnings without any further delays or stalling tactics and for god sake, QUIT LYING TO THESE PLAYERS!!!! Tell the higher ups at Rushmore to own up to the fact they screwed up and if they don't have the money to pay these players then say so!!! The old saying you are only has good as your word, is so true in this situation, and I will be blunt, your word is not good here, and I don't see it improving.

Starting this week off on a positive note,it is not going to happen, you need to clean up all the "blunders" first and stop creating new ones before anything positive can be said about this group.

I'm sorry but this is a bunch of bull. Heather, the processor doesn't owe David, Rushmore does. Stop payment on those checks and reissue the money another way. As the old saying goes...crap or get off the pot! I think it is ridiculous that you come on here trying to sugar coat things and CM is giving your group the chance to make things right, however I have not seen one positive outcome....just words....empty words. If you want to get out of the pit give someone a reason to throw you a ladder!!! Now YOU have a lovely week!! Geeeessshhh:p

Thank you for all of the suggestions regarding these checks!

LH- to answer a few of your questions: The problem is not that the payer was not notified of his checks being sent, the problem is that the player allegedly did not receive, deposit, or cash these checks. I don't believe I ever said "the player has been paid, there is nothing we can do now". We are in touch with the processor trying to get tracking numbers, etc. Thank you for all of your other suggestions!

butterflyboogie- a stop payment on the checks would be usefull if the checks were still floating around somewhere. These checks have been cashed.

David- Please continue to be in contact with me via PM and the withdrawals department via e-maill. :)

Heather, what proof is there that these checks have been cashed? Whomever has told you that should be able to provide the front and back of these checks. This should be a top priority. I am not trying to come down hard on you, however with as much that has been placed on the back burner with this group it is hard to have empathy. More actions and less words would go a lot further, IMO. If your group is serious, get the players paid; this may cost a lot at the beginning however this could possibly rebuild trust for these players and others to start playing there again.

..I played the 10,000 free tournament and I THINK I won $75 since yesterday but still, it's fun to play with free money.

I can't log in, hence the 'think' I won.

I can wait, though. I'm getting good at that...;)

Hopefully Heather can turn things around for the Rushmore Group but it doesn't look good, right now, Imho.

Hopefully, I am wrong.

The snail pay has been going on for MORE than 2 years......I had to wait for my RJ payout 3 years ago and it took almost 6 weeks to receive the checks.

Tara has been in touch with the processor and is in contact with David regarding tracking for these checks. When we request information from the processor we do not receive an instantaneous answer - so we advise that it will take a few days to receive an answer. Thank you everyone for supporting David and providing your opinions throughout this process!

If this is the same Lotso you might wish to check why he was banned here.

Forget it Heather, you have been around here for around 2 months yet you are making excuses all the time. Same old story. Nobody gets paid and all they get are promises and excuses and we are expected to believe you !!!!
 
I'm shutting this thread down.

For one thing, you don't bring in other items from other forums trying to bolster your position. Posting this is unacceptable for an i-Gaming rep.

You also need to do your homework. The Rushmore group has a "history" at Casinomeister, and I'm a bit surprised that Jonathan sent you here without even having the decency to introduce us.

If you want to seriously get out of the pit, I suggest we set up a meeting in Dublin next week. As for now, this subject is closed.
