Hi All,

In regards to past complaints and issues with the casino - I am not denying, nor will I ever deny that there have been issues with slow payments, etc. in the past. For those of you that read my comments that way - I am sorry.

I am here to deal with and clear up any issues players may have with our casinos. I am in direct contact with customer service and with the withdrawals department regarding specific player issues. I can not promise that I will resolve everything, but I can promise that I will work as hard as I can to make sure all issues are respectfully reviewed.

For a start clear up the PABs that are now with Max. I cant speak for Bryan but you must be kidding me when you seem not to know what should be done. I would have loved to deposit and cashout to test the waters but my money is hard-earned lol.

The RushmoreGaming use to be Top Notch & Louise did a great job until she left.

One bit of advice ---- try and come online at CM more frequently. If you are going to be their representative here, then you need to be HERE! Players will dump on you for the sins of the past from your employer -but you can control/help what happens from here FORWARD.

But you won't be effective if you only come online every few weeks.........

I am personally glad to see casino reps being active on the forum and offering to help solve issues. So I do welcome you and hope you can repair some of the damage that has been done by Rushmore towards the players.

clear up frozen payments issue

I think it's great that you and the Rushmore casino group want to be accredited again and are trying to fix the issues that have plagued your casino (and much of the US-facing online casino industry). Obviously, the first order of business is to pay the players that are currently owed.

Just as importantly, I believe, is to clear up the matter of the players who had funds "frozen" in the intermediary bank. I am one of those players (see prior postings on the other thread) who has been told I will not get paid because the money has been "frozen" and that I can get my deposit (not deposits, just my very last winning deposit) back as a gesture of sympathy.

I believe (and I am very interested in the opinion of the other members here) that Rushmore owes me that money. It is I who is "sympathetic" to Rushmore and do feel sorry for their losing the money that was frozen, but it was not the players' money who was frozen. The casino is responsible for getting the money into the players hands. The way Rushmore (and sister casinos) is dealing with this issue results in Rushmore losing nothing and the players losing everything. In order to become/maintain being an honorable company, Rushmore needs to make good those payments in their entirety..

Because I understand the cash-flow issues created due to this loss, I, for one, would be agreeable to some sort of payment plan like 25% per month for 4 months (or anything reasonable). The key factor for me is that Rushmore owes this money and I cannot play with them or recommend their accreditation unless this issue is handled in the honorable manner and the players in this situation are paid.

The phone operators have continually told me that I cannot receive those funds unless they are released by the bank and I find this line of reasoning insulting and objectionable and I believe that Rushmore is not viewing the situation properly.

PS: This posting is from a player who has repeatedly backed up Rushmore in the other threads, so this is not is from a Rushmore basher.

You have unlimited patience which is praiseworthy. Rushmore, or Heather for that matter, cannot use any excuses not to pay any of these players as the issues have dragged on for far too long. Rushmore should now shut up and stop making excuses and should just pay the players they owe. Dont even think of promoting your casinos before you pay up.

I'm not sure I understand. I don't "promote" any casinos nor work as an affiliate etc. I, along with other players, want to be paid what is due and wanted Heather and Rushmore to know that in addition to all the other payments that may be delayed/not paid, the ones not paid with the excuse of "frozen by US bank" need to be paid as well in order for them to remain/become any sort of legitimate organization, let alone become accredited again.

As for the November payment batch - there is not much else I can say in that respect. I have explained the situation as explicitly as I could. I do not hold the funds nor am I responsible for payouts. If anyone has specific payout issues prior to or after this situation, please PM me and I will work on getting it settled!

I made the comment because in THIS THREAD your posts were on 4/18 and then no further posts from you until May 2nd. That's why I referenced coming on more often. Perhaps it should be "respond" more often.

It doesn't matter when the issue began ------ if it is still an open problem, you appear to be the person who is willing to try and help.

We are not trying to beat Heather up for what happened in the past. She stated, however in post #4 in this thread that payments are back on track and if this is true I applaud her on that. If this is false, her presence is unwarranted as it only gives the group another chance to lie to the community. Right now, she seems to be making an excuse saying that she is off on Fridays when she hasnt posted in this thread or logged in CM for more than 2 weeks. I wouldnt call that sincerity to make things right. I may be wrong but it does seem that even SlotsLover, who has been extremely patient with them is still owed a payment. We are told that payments are back on tract. I respectfully beg to differ.

I also don't buy that payments are back on track - too much baggage to get unloaded that fast. But let's see how it goes and if she is able to help. But so far, haven't seen anything to generate optimism for her or Rushmore.

Well, actually said payments are back on track but if there are a horde of players being paid at least its a good start.

Last week I contacted Rushmore casino and they informed me, as they always did in the past, that they sent a check to me on December 15, 2011. Since I haven't received the check yet (I live in California, USA) I asked if the check has been returned to them or if someone illegally cashed it. The representative checked and said the check hasn't been returned or cashed.

I sent Heather two PM's and I'm hoping she will be able to help. When I read the forum it sounds like some players have been paid. I wish there was a way they could scan the check and post it on this forum to tell if they have really been paid.

While I don't hold Heather accountable, I find Rushmore's stance here completely unacceptable and I would like to know what the other meister members opinions are regarding this. For Rushmore to maintain any sort of integrity, they need to make this money good. It's completely unacceptable for them to refund my last deposit. Not only did I win fairly, but I made numerous deposits before getting that cashout. They need to pay this money and they need to hear it loud and clear and often that they are the ones responsible to pay this money. I can't believe Rushmore can actually believe the players should be the losers because their processor never got the winning players their money.

Please help me convince Rushmore that their stance here is illogical and needs to be reversed. I'm a patient man when it comes to payouts but I draw the line at being robbed.

They need to pay you (and everyone else who is owed money) NOW!

This is the ONLY way they should ever be allowed off the Rogue List.

Can we see some positive action in this thread before the weekend & get some of them payments paid to players?
