Hey everyone, I'd just like a bit of advice before I delve into this withdrawal that I want to do with Aladdins Gold.

Before I begin, I have deposited before. My first post was basically a success-turned-sob story (my first online gambling experience) in Aladdins Gold in which I was up to $1,000, then proceeded to go crazy with $100 baccarat bets and lost it all... on a $20 deposit. I also deposited $50 later with no bonus offer and lost it quite quickly on pick 'em poker, my favorite game.

This time, however, I've been more lucky on a $60 deposit with a 100% match bonus with a 20x playthrough. The restriction according to the e-mail, however, is that video poker wagers counted as $.50 per $1, effectively making playthrough 40x. However, the cashier window listed Video Poker as $1 towards playthrough per $1, and the Playthrough Meter acted as such.

When I wagered $2400 (20x), I was left with $227, and the Coupon Details, Playthrough, and Bonus menu items disappeared from the Cashier. I spoke with Dawson in live chat to see whether or not to ignore the contents of the e-mail:

info: Please wait for a site operator to respond.
info: You are now chatting with 'Dawson'

Dawson: Hello
Glen: Hi :)
Dawson: I'm just checking into your account now for you
Glen: All right, thank you.
Dawson: The playthrough has been completed on this all fine, a $1 bet on this bonus on Video Poker counts as $1, so all is seems fine our end
Glen: All right, so I can disregard the contents of the e-mail which stated: 3.Each $1 wagered on Blackjack, Video Poker, Casino Poker and Card Games count as $0.50 towards the wagering requirement ?
Dawson: Yes
Glen: All right. Thank you, Dawson!
Dawson: you're welcome
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to (my email) at the end of your chat.

After reading horror stories about bonuses being confiscated, I am still unsure of whether or not a CS rep telling me it's OK will be enough. I have e-mailed and printed his transcript out.

I understand Club World is one of (if not the) best US casino groups out there. Is there still a chance that I'll get jipped if I withdraw now?

Thanks everyone! :)

I'd go with the withdrawal. You have plenty of evidence that you believed you were in the right with playthrough. If they void something you have a lot to come back at them with (the chat and their own system). Honestly, I think the most they would do is return the money to your account and tell you that you have more playthrough requirements. They seem pretty honest to me (although saying that I have yet to have a withdrawal with them).:eek2:

The Club World Group is one of the most highly recommended by Casinomeister and I know he is good friends with the manager (I've met him a few times too - very nice guy!)
Therefore I say go for the withdrawal and if there's any sort of problem CM or Max are bound to sort it out for you.

Congrats on your win! :notworthy

LOL. :)
All right, thanks KK! I'll give 'er a go. I'm sure things will be fine.

worst that can happen

Seems like the worst that can happen with a casino like aladdins is that they will make you do the remaining playthrough, so might as well withdraw.
