Resolved Help with Jonny Jackpot bonus rules.

I think one thing is that never play table games with welcome bonus eventhough it might be that real and bonus cash is separate. Smart move would have been to cancell that bonus and then switch to table games. And why didnt you remove that bonus if you had that balance and wager was still 0%

Because I figured it was a parashute bonus and thus I play blackjack before I dip into bonus if that doesn't go well I could always start rolling slots on 60p or 1 euro again. Seems like i am stupid as fuck. I gamble 9 years online, never ever breached bonus rules. I was so sure that it was a parashute bonus like leovegas. I should have indeed just canceled the freaking bonus in the first place when I saw that wagering was 0% after hours of play on slots. Shame on me.

I'd suspect if the breach of rules hold, you wont see your balance either as it'd be deemed winnings, you having likely wagered your deposit

if youve gotten your deposit back (or do), honestly, I'd take it as a win (no harm/no foul, no loss) and stick to straight up deps or keep to bet levels in terms.

Others will likely have differing opinions.
That's cool.
But at least you have a better idea going forward.
I've never broken a term playing so, like I mentioned, I'm sure others will have different opinions and suggestions.

This came unexpected but I am very glad that the matter has been resolved. The casino does stand by it terms. No bets over 5 euro when bonus is accepted, it doesn't matter if you have dipped into the bonus or not (this was their answer). However as matter of good will and fair play to all players they will return my confiscated winnings to my account where I am free to wager or cash out the amount. It doesn't come with any wager requirements (the resturned winnings that is).

Like I said as a matter of good faith and I think because of the fact that they know if I really did not obey these terms that it was not intentional. Like I have explained in my opening post, I was making low wagers on slots before I started playing black jack after finding out that the progress of wagering was still 0% after hours of play.

This has been a good lesson for me. I'm not really tempted to take new bonuses at casino's. Certainly not worth the hassle in case it goes wrong. Jonnyjackpot has been fair with this solution. I am glad that I get my winnings back.

I thank everyone for the feedback regarding this matter and casinomeister for the place to communicate your experience with other gamblers. This way we all learn.

I played legacy of Egypt, twin spin, tumble dwarf and danger high voltage. All contribute to wagering.
Jonnyjackpot is basically enforcing illegals rules.

I never touched the bonus, progress bar was 0% whole time and I could cash out without problems where the 80 euro bonus funds automatically got forfeited.

I just don't know what to do here. You can't enforce bonus rules on real balance wager. If you do enforce bonus rules you have to play with bonus, meaning the wagering of bonus funds (progress) should start right away. What they are doing here is just criminal in my opinion. They gave me the run-around with verification eventually told me that I had to wait till Monday before my withdrawal gets processed and bombard me with shitty news about my withdrawal on a Saturday.

Honestly they have ruined my weekend. If all of this wasn't enough they even unlawfully banned me with 160 euro in my account. I have send them an email and was told that the matter has escalated to the relevant departement. I have heard this sentence so many times. They have treated me like absolute garbage especially when I opened up in a vulnerable moment about my Lyme disease on live chat. They used this as an excuses to ban my account for video years across the whole network. I mean.. wtf.

I too had issues with this casino, problems with games, they took my deposit as well so I guess you are fortunate you got something back. I wouldn't deposit another dime there though...

Also think the Gaming commissions need to be aware that the term problem gambler is being applied across the casino's - see it as a means of being able to manipulate laws over players. Never should a casino be able to make this allegation to any player, its not their business but they have been given some ability to effect these gamblers..nothing more than manipulation on their behalf.. If someone wants to self - exclude that's the individual's choice, should never be a casino's business really.

It's only if you pull them up, as I did about reopening accounts I had closed without me asking, they decided to 'self exclude' me across all brands for the maximum time of 5 years - it wasn't self exclusion at all, there was no 'self' involved but in retaliation for questioning their RG.
