Help With Boredom

Hi all,

I need your help and suggestions to cure a bad case of boredom this weekend.

I usually receive my bonus pay from work on Fridays, but for the second time in a month, my awesome employer processed my pay a day late, meaning I have to wait until Monday to receive it. Now this is my disposable income, and hence my playing bankroll each fortnight, so my awesome employer (getting the sarcasm yet) has f-ucked me over this weekend by making me wait until Monday to play.

Now usually this wouldn't be a huge deal as I could wait and fill the boring weekend moments with beer and being an all round social fella, however I'm not feeling great and have come down with some type of flu virus, so now I'm a prisoner in my own home with nothing to do! This is the exact type of moment where a bit of play time would come in handy.

So my question is, usually I'm not a huge fan of no deposit bonuses etc, but given my circumstances, I think I'd be willing to give some a go just to pass the time. Can anyone suggest any legitimate casino's that offer this type of thing? I know you're probably thinking I could just play some slots in free play mode, but I'd like to keep it interesting, and have something to actually play for like $800 wagering and $50 max withdrawal. Even if it's only $20 max withdrawal I don't care, just more interested in keeping my brain active by having a goal to reach and killing the boredom.

Any help would be great, cheers.

You could try winning some tournaments? Most casinos have them and if you are a V.I.P at 3Dice (does not take much) you can play one every hour with a few random ones thrown in every now and then by the reps.

There are a few free chips about but make sure you have not played them before and they are not a rogue/dicey looking casinos.

Hope you feel better soon (the flu has already gone through my household twice this month already) and find something to pass at least a bit of time away.

I dont know if you like to play free rolls but MG casinos have them. And they have a $500 free roll on Immortal Romance that gives you 3 minutes and 20 rebuys for free.

I play them on gaming club, jackpot city and other casinos when i dont feel like depositing. Gaming club doesnt care if you play the same free roll on all their sites either you just have to make a different username. Each 20 round IR free roll will kill a good 1.5 hours of time.

As for NDB I really cant help you there, hope someone else comes along for you

Thanks guys,

didn't think about the tourny's. I really only play at Guts, bgo and most recently Betat. I could be wrong, but I don't think they have tourny's. I made a few deposits with these guys this week from my regular wage, so won't go over my limit any further. That's what the bonus pay's for. ;)

Bgo's the biggest killa for me because of the exchange rate. 100 pounds = $190AU plus fees, so if I wasn't so stubborn regarding my loyalty rule, I would probably have some extra disposable cash this weekend to see me through, lol.

I'll have a look around, but most NDB are offered by the rogue bastards!

Please keep the suggestions coming, and thanks for the well wishes. I'll be fine in a couple days, just a bad case of 'man flu'. Barricading myself at home just to make sure I don't give it to anyone else mainly.

Cheers.

Boredom... hmm, does it have to be online gambling ?

Do you play or have any interest in any kind of pc games ?
Some can be quite fun and immersing.

Else read a book, watch some movies, snuggled in bed with some nice hot soup, or tea.

While you wait, maybe ?

Feel better soon!

I don't play online much anymore - Unless it's a NDB. So I know about plenty of casinos that offer free chips. You might like to stat with High Noon Casino that offers a $60 NDB. Keep bets low and you will get plenty of entertainment :)

Try some of the casino rewards casinos, some are doing deposit £1 and 25 free, Unsure what country they accept, Bit of advice if you not already a member with any of there casino than set up an email address as they seem to like sending a hell of a lot of mail out

Thanks all for the comments.

I definitely could read a book, or watch a movie, but considering this is a casino based forum, I thought I would stick to the subject. ;)

So now that I've read a book, and watched the film adaptation of that book, I am still bored. I'm just about to tuck into my fourth bowl of chicken soup in bed, so will check back soon.

And sorry to those of you who caught my germs.

I list quite a few reputable (IMHO) casinos with free-chip & free-play offers on my site - I'll send you some details...

If you do fancy something different, I found that Miniclip.com is a great site for simple yet entertaining free video games!

I don't think on the reservation is accredited otherwise they would be accredited. I also think Casino Rewards is based in Australia so legally it cannot except players from Australia. I remember reading something about them getting into hot water because they did accept players from Australia but I could be wrong.

Do something productive instead..
if it has to be gambling, why not start an affiliate site?
just a thought

I've thought about starting an affiliate site as I've played at enough good (and bad) casinos to feel comfortable recommending them to potential players. Problem is I find the whole process a little intimidating and don't really know how or where to start? I've tried googling for information but the market is so saturated with other affiliates just looking to make a buck, that I don't know what information is trustworthy and reliable to follow?

Does anyone know of a good starting point for a step by step process? I would need help from the ground up, as I've never created a web site before either. Definitely something I would be interested in with the right guidance if anyone is willing to help? Is it a profitable project?

Glad you mentioned this.

Actually mate, i have started my first one recently and already some money earned. You just have to put in the effort, learn how a website is made in 2014. When the first sale comes in i think it's more exciting than winning on the slots cause you did that all by yourself :) Dont hesitate to drop me a line if you need help or advice (i'm no pro by any means but have done a lot of research in order to make the best possible startup)

If you want to start reading, i would recommend Dealer Dan as he's got quite a few articles for newbies. Also, you will have to dive into wordpress ;) stock up on ganja / beer / cigarettes (pick your poison) 'cause it can get rly boring sometimes. Pretty ironic considering the post title but it will be well worth it in the future.
