    Hi and thank you. So I am playing at allbritish casino for a while now. After my first winnings they ask my to prove my Identity which I did and the account was verified. No problems.
    Over few month March , April, May I had money withdrawn from my pension so I spent quite a lot there possible around 10k. I also won and withdraw possible 7k.
    During those month I was contacted by one of VIP managers kindly asking for a review. I did that.
    Recently I asked why I don't get any no bonuses or cash back at the amount I deposit. I was told that my account was passed to the VIP team and they will get in touch...nobody get back to me at the time...however I was told they will give me bonus of £300 upon the filling a form due diligence...money laundry...
    So they said the will add the bonus after they will receive the form...I did sent the form...After that they asked proof of income. So I sent my current account Statment and saving account Statment also Statment from my private pension provider and payslips...By crossing reference the money coming into my personal account like wages, private pension pay out and winnings from the Casino is all black and white...But today I got an e-mail requesting further documents showing the affordability of what I bet...
    I did sent everything to them...also I did made a Complain saying that if they were worried about my affordability now initial was money laundry , why they didn't asked that over those 3 nth were my spending were high and only now when I asked the bonus...because it seems to me that they breached their due diligence regulation at that time ...So if they would asked me then maybe they would stopped me to spend more that I can afford how they insinuated...they were happy to take the money than no question asked and come back with this rubbish now when I requested a bonus.
    No answer from them yet.
    Any advice?
