Please be careful not to exploit this forum in order to receive traffic. Your account will be banned in a New York minute for that. Also, please read our rules about posting as an iGaming Rep. (see Vortran's intro PM). You'll need to request this in your Settings - please change your email address to one registered with your company. Thank you.

And welcome to the forum. :D

Whilst your casino has the largest number of games (which appear genuine) I've ever seen at any site, there is no license of any kind publicly displayed.

Additionally, some of your FAQs and terms are rogue as f***... like "To use this provider, we recommend you to use VPN."

You're telling players to use a VPN to get around game provider restrictions :what:

Obviously not enough money to hire a translator. They have used a google translator for Swedish, all over the site. The rules too:eek2:
Except for the Russian that's still in there.

nothing new there.top acccredited casino here told me after i asked them why i was blocked
support told me i could try VPN to access the games.

Yeah lots of accredited casinos let you use VPN. But ive found its only when its not a government block just an unjustified game providers block

No, it's not unjustified at all - some software providers don't have licenses to take bets from players in some jurisdictions hence the casino using geo IP blocking in the first place. For example the UK Govt. doesn't 'block' any software, the UKGC simply tells the casinos which are licensed for UK players for example, and the casino is expected to act accordingly. Encouraging VPN get-arounds is not good casino ethics. What if a player goes to an ADR or eCogra due to a dispute over an incomplete feature or casino payment issue resulting from play on a technically unlicensed (to them) slot?

Yep, that shows immediately it's a shithouse operation and should be avoided. Willing to break laws and Licensing rules in pursuit of player revenues. Great start. The only 'Napoleon' I would recommend you readers have any dealings with is the Courvoisier that comes out of a bottle.

Naturally licensed by the fat unshaven sweating bastard sat behind a desk under a rickety ceiling fan, wearing a stained white tropical suit with cigar ash down the front who has just had bottle of firewater and 20 bucks slapped down in front of him to make him pick up his stamp and inkpad after a bit of sighing.

Yes some are unjustified. See Netent and Canada. See Big Time gaming and Canada which arent allowed in some casinos (slotsmillion, unibet) but allowed at videoslots, betsson etc. When speaking to a couple of these casinos about BTG and why they didnt block the game they said it was unjustified and there was no reason for them to abide by their request.

Another casino told me they had their legal team look into the netent block and again came to the conclusion it is unjustified. Especially since they negotiated a contract that included Canadians and then netent tries to exclude them for basically no reason

If a casino chooses to allow players because they feel the block is unjustified then this is not poor ethics. The blocks im referring to arent WMS or government blocks or because there are other deals in place. I dont know any casino that allows people to use a vpn to play WMS. Because its justified. Netent and BTG is unjustified.

Blocked

In Russia are all Casinos blocked from the Internet Providers. You must use a VPN!!! Many Casino have Mirrors for Russia. But they work maybe one Week then also blocked.

Thank you for pointing out about the language misspells. The site was in beta mode at that time. Now everything fixed. Once again, thank you.

Why are you posting here with a gmail account? Please change it to a business email related to your casino or I'm shutting this account down. Thank you.

I think all casinos that have withdrawal restrictions, especially as pathetic as 500 Euros a day, should be forced by their respective Licensing Authorities to prohibit high stakes play proportionate to those limits say a factor of 1000x stake.

In other words, if you have stupid 500 daily limits, then stakes should be limited to 50c on your games.

But of course you don't have a proper licensing authority, do you?

What a great way to scam money from the unsuspecting - have 60 or 100 Euro spins possible, and then they player finds they can withdraw 5x stake. Of course then you want them to reverse it by not paying over the 500 and pissing them off.

500 daily is a sick fucking joke. End of.

So changing it back to English is fixing things? You're calling Google translate ''misspells''?
I shouldn't tell you that you missed some, and please people, don't sign up. If they can't pay more than $500 a day they don't have enough cash!

Ok, did 2 minutes of research and I did not even bother to read much on their site, e.g. T&C's as a lot of REEEEDDDDD FLAGS game up straight away the soon i read who operates the casino.

Casino is operated by no other than Radon B.V. under Curacao license, google that name and you will see what I mean.

They all operate on the BetConstruct platform which is owned by some Georgian guys throwing skin after skin onto the market, mostly sports betting with casino alongside it. Large bonuses ensures they get the traffic needed and then delay the payouts endlessly. The last I read is that they make players wait 60 days for a payment.

In my view and from previous research I am pretty sure that Radon B.V. and BetConstruct are somehow directly connected. Another company involved in all this is Alpha Entertainment B.V., officially operator of Marsbet. Just take a look at the bottom part of the two websites: NapoleonCasino and Marsbet, that is already enough reason to believe that we are talking about the same company.

My verdict: Don't just run to the hills, take an express train to get away faster!

We do respect your opinion, because of this, what you are mentioning about the limits, defiantly make sense.
We will remove payout restrictions with in next 24 hours.

About language localizations, step by step everything will be in proper order.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. This is very important for us. Let us know, if you think, we should improve anything else.

Once again, thank you.

Napoleon Casino

Great quick analyses. Thank you for spending time on brining this.
Just to clear the point. We are running our casino as operator which was rented from BetConstruct provider.*

The only think we have in common with BetConstruct is that we are renting platform from them. MarsBet operating as operator as well. However, they have nothing to do with us. Different casino, different management, different approach. I don't think this is fair to judge our casino based on someone else issues.

Just to clear the point. We are running our casino as operator. We rent White Label Casino from BetConstruct provider.*

Max withdrawal is only 500 per day which is very low.

Withdrawal limit will be removed within next 24 hours.

Thank you.

They've also hijacked the name of a UK chain of land-based casinos. Perhaps hoping for reputation by association?

There about 20 Napoleon Casinos offline all over the world and few of them with similar domain names online? No-one has any trademark. So, this is very inappropriate to call us hijackers))) Besides, we are not targeting UK.

Thank you.

I fully agree!

I do however find it a bit strange that you promote casinos with similar (or even poorer) withdrawal limits.

Like Spin & Win Casino with these limits:

Daily: £1000

Weekly: £2000

Monthly: £3000

£1000 a day is 2.4x as much - hardy poorer. I withdrew 4.7k in one go from Spin And Win so I'm not sure it is even applied anyway.

And a major huge fuck-off difference is that they are UKGC Licensed and not 'approved' by the fat guy in the jungle hut - you'll get paid which I think most agree is the major confidence factor. ;)

Maybe we should mention the MG Viper casinos that have a snide '6 x deposit cash-out limit' when you take a SUB - promoted widely not too far from here and ahem, you know....

I think the general sentiment of this thread is that it's a bad combination - both shit terms and a shit licensing jurisdiction.

I don't promote any site without a UK license, so please don't infer I encourage anybody to play at Curacao-only shithouses, because I certainly do not. I would confidently predict your sites have other terms I haven't mentioned above that many wouldn't approve of, but they are what they are.

I breathe a big sigh of relief. A pointless statement if ever I saw one, as you haven't got a UK license anyway and won't be likely to.

Hahaha, that made me laugh  .....I heard such statements countless times only to then find out in the end that there is a connection. Do you want me to do some more digging to find the exact details? FYI, this was not a quick analysis as I looked at Radon B.V. and Betconstruct in the past and I stand by my words that there is some connection that goes further than just operating on their platform. Maybe ask your boss to explain it to you.

More red flags are raised when a casino states exactly that.... "NO connection whatsoever, they have nothing to do with us". Yeah, right!

I wish you all the best with your casino, but please stay away from CasinoMeister until you have proper licenses and pay your players in a timely manner!

Dear Harry,

We understand you are the senior member on this forum. We do appreciate your worm welcome-)))

Besides, we do appreciate that you love this forum so much that you are replying to our posts or other people posts on this forum almost right away. I wish you can make money on every reply you make-;)))

Anyway, we reply to your suggestion right away with appreciation on pointing out that our daily withdrawal limit is low, infect we replied and mentioned that we will remove withdrawal limitations because of your suggestions. Because we care about players opinions.

But then, this was not enough for you. You jump to license issue.

Curacao license?
What is the issue about it?
There are 1000 of casinos and businesses licensed in this region.
A lot of casinos operating with such a license are very popular. Most of the time, it all depends on what regions casino operates as well as other things.

If you have bad experience with one casino with Curacao license, it doesn’t mean that now, all casinos with Curacao license are bad. It’s like If you purchased a new German car and engine broke, doesn’t mean that all Germans cars are bad.

Did you miss what Casinomeister posted earlier in this thread? You better read this before you post anything more and expect us to take you serious. https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/faq.php?faq=memberships#faq_igamingrep

Then I also suggest you read up about a little more such as what a Curacao license mean for us players. You've definately come to the right place if you want to learn things, but not if it is to promote your casino.

Edit: Before you appreciate someones worm welcome you might should look up what the word worm means:p

And 90% aren't worth depositing yesterday's meals in, let alone money. And 90% of rogues have their worthless license. Yes, I know some fantastic sites like Videoslots originally started with the Cup-o-cocoa license, but they subsequently obtained licenses in proper jurisdictions. The problem with the worthless Curacao license is the fact it's a corrupt state full of criminals and they have no viable gambling infrastructure such as sanctions on rogues for ripping players off etc. In fact they are so shite they don't even revoke the licenses of casinos caught offering fake Netent and Novo slots, so how can you expect anybody to take a Curacao license seriously? It's such a corrupt filthy place even Dutch MP's have been wanting investigations into their gambling carry-ons.

OK, under your fantastic Curacao license, do you have to keep player deposits in separate accounts from your business, to protect them like you would wth a UKGC license???

LOL this thread

Willingly hand over my personal details and debit card numbers to a Curacao only-licensed casino

Apart from (as mentioned above) with unlicensed games, can you imagine how many third parties are sold personal information and how securely they handle this data.

Gets Popcorn Out nomnomnom :)

the rep seems suprisingly competent

maybe a con artist or maybe really trying to start a new casino

Anyway you guys need a better license

The rep is hopelessly naïve and has got an off-the-shelf casino, badly translated etc.

That doesn't mean they are inherently dishonest or intending to shaft us, they may be genuinely trying to learn from us, and improve the product along the lines of our expectations.

But one serious error is trying to justify and big-up a Cup-o-cocoa license, worth as much as a crack addict's promise.

I dunno there are some promises that crack addicts keep in order to get their fix:D:D:D

I agree with the other posters. If this casino was serious then they ought to have a license from a stronger licensing authority. Personally I am staying far far away from this casino. No offence to the rep.

Not necessarily - remember some of our stalwarts here at CM started solely with a Cup-o-cocoa license but then progressed when required to obtaining a proper one for a respected jurisdiction, thus reinforcing their intent to grow their business fairly and by the book. A Curacao license is cheap and nasty, worthless, much like your first car at 17/18 when full comp insurance is unobtainable and what you do get is hellishly expensive.

Roll on a few years, you're working and promoted maybe and you now have the means to buy and insure a far better one.

I would wait then until this casino gets a promotion and a shiny new car then before I ever play there. My instinct about this casino though tells me to stay away. Only time will tell if this is a good casino or not.

Fair enough - I'm certainly not encouraging ANYBODY to deposit there because I certainly wouldn't myself, same as you. But you never know, as you say they may prove over time to be OK. Everyone has to start somewhere, but the alleged associations they have, made earlier in the thread, are what concern me.

Just found this thread due to some associated research and wanted to offer some comments.

Specifically a poster highlighted that Napoleon's is already a casino group in the UK. Ordinarily I'd consider this harmless - the name is household around the world due to the historic figure. Not uncommon or worrying that multiple groups would gravitate towards it. However, this stops looking quite so innocent when you start looking at the other operators that are/have been associated with Radon B.V. and Alpha Entertainment B.V. Start with MARSbet. Huge confectionery brand. But there are associations with the God and the planet so again not massively problematic. How about the now defunct AVONbet. Getting harder to explain now. And the clincher for me is the now defunct ADOBEt. This is a group that, in my opinion, seem to gravitate towards parasitical branding, piggybacking on big established brands presumably in an effort to rank in some fashion for high traffic terms.

When seen alongside the above the choice of Napoleon's no longer seems so innocent.

TP

P.S. In the name of full disclosure I should acknowledge that MarsBet did issue some of the funniest legal threats we've ever received ~2 years ago, stating "We took a legal action to that affiliate. If you continue sending mails because of this affiliate customer, then we should add you on this case." - yup, that's right, contacting them to try and discuss a complaint is apparently sound ground for legal action. Perhaps we would have strong views that operators associated with this particular group should be avoided by both players and affiliates.

Just because they are UK licensed doesnt mean end all. You promote progress play for god knows what reason. 50x wager, phantom bonus and 5x max cashout. I have a hard time believing you would play there. You dont list those terms on your site either. I have a hard time believing a single person would be ok depositing $20+$20 with $1000 wager, bonus removed and max win of $100.

You also list games that arent even on the site. Sometimes I deposit small to play Jurassic Park. I searched it to make sure it was there. Nope. But you list it on your site that it does.

I almost deposited under one of your links because it doesnt state it in the terms which is where I go first. But in small print on the homepage it does. So I am glad I noticed or else I would have been a tad pissed off.

Sorry for the old bump just noticed the date of the post. But what I say still stands

No worries - that's because of the UKGC again. They insist vital terms are 'one click away' so casinos tend to put them on the landing page as you saw, which is good. Some games are also IP sensitive - in the UK where I reference my scripts to, a game may be available but not to some other geos. This is why I am moving towards simply listing the software providers and removing game references each time I need to go and update a casino, so eventually they'll have no games listed. Some casinos often add games that I couldn't see and remove ones I could, swap them around periodically and don't offer them all at once at any given time. Although JP is a big name game so I would be surprised if that occurred here.

This is a group that, in my opinion, seem to gravitate towards parasitical branding, piggybacking on big established brands presumably in an effort to rank in some fashion for high traffic terms.

When seen alongside the above the choice of Napoleon's no longer seems so innocent.

Haha - "We haven't got enough funds to pay players more than 50 bucks a month but have tens of thousands for overseas lawyers..."

The jurassic park mistake isnt a big deal, it happens. But I contacted live chat because JP has never been banned and they told me that yes Jurassic Park is not in their games library at all and that if I wanted I could play Jurassic World instead. So you may want to remove that game from your list of games available in progress play casinos.

To be fair, we did try for a time to list the specific games each casino offered. If you list any moderate number of casinos it very quickly becomes totally impossible. You would need a team of people working full time and it'd still end up full of mistakes. We gave that up a long time ago. We list casinos alongside games from the software providers they use. So, having sat on the other side of the table, expecting any affiliate to have a 100% accurate list of the games offered at even a dozen casinos is likely an unrealistic expectation.

Sure I agree. Problem is dont list a game that has never existed with a casino group ever as it being available there. And I dont think its unrealistic. It seems pretty simple to me. Why list 10 games in your list that the casino offers when it actually doesnt offer the game at all. As dunover said, state the providers and people can check themselves.

You think its fine to list a casino as having bonanza, so you sign up and its not even there? I dont.

As a player I can understand you focusing on a single games you like. As an affiliate, and even stripping it back to a dozen different operators, keeping up-to-date with the specific game roaster at each of those operators would require at least a full day's work per week, checking which games that operator still had (that's usually a list running into the mid to high hundreds per operator), updating which geos each game is available in, checking what games providers have quietly discontinued. As an affiliate, and one with a deal of experience these days, this isn't a job that anyone's going to appreciate you for. Would you as a player prefer our service to spend that sort of time on keeping slots lists - which you can check at the operator end with a far higher degree of accuracy than we could manage - up-to-date or invest it in doing something that could be more useful to you? Much like the terms and conditions of a bonus - which affiliate should be making every effort to keep accurate - they do still have to be checked at the operator side to know exactly what the operator is offering.

My local Asda stocks Lego. They and their affiliates advertise that. I might want to check with the specific store whether they have the set I'm looking for in stock though......

P.S. This is also massively off of the point of the thread and my post. Seems like something that could have been dealt with over PM if you feel that strongly about it.

You are missing the point. Promoting that a casino has a certain game in a very short list being advertised is misleading. It was actually me trying to help him out and to make him aware he listed a game that has never been offered on that platform ever.

The entire point of listing those games is because they are popular and attractive to people to sign up and play. When you add a specific slot as eye candy for visitors, that game should actually exist.

I agree it was a bit off topic but if you felt so strongly about it you could have also PM'd me because you have also partaken in derailing this thread by getting involved in a conversation that was most likely over.

hxxps://xxx.facebook.com/progressplay/videos/1437835799829149/ - Progress Play did offer Jurassic Park at one time. The information YOU received was wrong. Perhaps I was just trying to end the conversation to get back to the point.....

Yeah I saw that. And I asked about it and they said they never ended up adding it.

So keep your eyerolls to yourself :). Oh and btw I think you missed the part where I said I was trying to help him out so he didnt advertise something that didnt exist. Somehow you have turned this into..lets see..what did the betat rep call drama today. Oh right a mexican soap opera

Why tell me to go to PM and stop derailing a thread and then carry on with it?

Just reading this now. I never even got to this post as I didnt even realize this was an old thread.

But are these guys still operating? I know you mention some as defunct but I am curious. I watch streamers on twitch sometimes and keep an eye out who advertises what and it helps me get a feeling what kind of streamer/person they are in regards to who they are playing with or promoting? Some streamers will only play with people like BoB casino or some other questionable ones and then I have friends who will message me and ask..what do you think of such and such group.

And I have never heard of the casinos you mentioned in your above post.
