Hello everyone, my name is Ibrahim and I am new to the forum.

I recently joined Casinomeister because I want to understand how the complaint and PAB process works. I am currently dealing with a withdrawal issue and I would like to make sure I follow all the rules correctly before posting anything in the complaints section.

I appreciate the strict forum rules and I will follow all guidelines.

Thank you for introducing yourself and asking how the complaints system works.

Before you make an official complaint you can 'ask the members at Casinomeister' for advice by creating a thread (the same way you created this one). You will need to mention the casino, but you don't have to go into specifics and start posting screenshots.

If you do this you will most likely get feedback from the forum members and their advice may help resolve your issue.

Another option is to look and see if the rep for the casino you are having an issue with is represented at the forum - iGaming reps You can drop them a DM, but remember that some are more active than others.

The rules for making a complaint are all explained on this page, so have a good read through before doing so.

@john420 , we did receive your PAB this past Monday and have been discussing it with you in the PAB Ticket. Presumably you will have read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures and will from that have a general idea of how the PAB system works.

If you have any general questions about the PAB process feel free to ask those here.

If you have questions specific to your PAB then please confine those to your PAB Ticket until our process is complete and we have given our conclusion on the case.
