WARNING Heads-up regarding Crown Vegas

(I've made this announcement in the Complaints forums but I thought it worth repeating here)

As many unhappy Crown Vegas (crownvegas.com) players are no doubt aware, Crown Vegas Casino has closed it's doors and gone out of business. Those of you with outstanding issues (PABs, etc) are no doubt disappointed by this BUT ...

I'm still in communication with these guys and they do seem to be responding to the unresolved issues, so ...

For anyone with unresolved Crown Vegas Casino issues I strongly encourage you to email "Daniel" at helpdesk@crownvegas.com

Of course I can't guarantee that you'll see your issue happily resolved but so far the signs are good. You snooze, you lose!

PS. Just to be clear, "Daniel" does have all the outstanding Crown Vegas PABs in hand and he says he's in touch with you all. If you still feel you need to contact him regarding your issue he invites you to do so.
 
Update: I'm seeing a good number of these outstanding Crown Vegas PABs now coming through as "Resolved". It's not over yet, there are still a few to go, but things are looking a lot better.

Also, the casino is back online after having had a "Closed" page up for a couple weeks. I'll inquire as to what that was about but whatever the reason the signs are good so far.
