I've been waiting for my payments for the live trivia game for almost a month. It's actually the 3rd time I've had this issue. The second time, I was assured in an email the issue was corrected and 72 hours was the maximum length of time until payment.

Back and forth with their support solves nothing. Filed a formal complaint with iGaming Ontario last week. Too old to deal with amateur casino operators run out of a basement that play games. I'll never deposit there again. There are so many better options.

I don't recall seeing in the Terms & Conditions having to wait a month and being required to make a flame comment on a casino forum to be paid winnings but... I might have missed it.

I remember talking to you back in January or whatever. The first time it happened. Gotta give you credit, you get issues solved promptly and I do appreciate it. I don't actually play on OJO anymore nor have any desire too tho.

I'll login one more time, drop it all on a Roulette spin. 14 in honor of the year you joined this forum. Wish me luck.
