Had no money in bank acc. Account suspended.

I visited 2 casino sites and deposited money i didnt have, i have not been billed and it has been three days or 2. My account with those casinos have been suspended and im wondering whats next? My bank said that they are not allowed to accept requests of money transactions from online casinos when bank balance is zero like mine was at the time of deposits, will the casinos continue to try to withdraw money from my account or will they just delete my account with them?

This was unwise.
No doubt the casino has had the request for the money rejected, which is why they have suspended your account. They expect you to make good on the money, and QUICKLY. If you do not, the suspension will be permanent, and what is worse, you will be added to a shared blacklist, as they consider this similar to a "chargeback". This could cause you further problems at other casinos.

You should NOT deposit elsewhere until you have made good these two deposits.

The simplest way would be to first put enough money into your bank account to cover them, and then get back to the casino, apologise for the "technical problems", and tell them that you have been in contact with your bank, cleared up the issue, and that they can either try to collect the money again, or you will deposit it by another means for them to take from your account.

You could even offer them a free chip for the inconvenience

I suspect the OP had an overdraft arrangement with the bank, and thought this would cover it. It seems that the bank does NOT allow an overdraft to be used for gambling purchases, which is probably how the OP got caught out.

The "unwise" part of the move was using credit from an overdraft to gamble with, since one must always assume they will lose that money, and should ensure they have it covered.

There is already a discussion in the UK about a rule preventing credit cards from being used for online gambling, although I expect they want card companies to come to a voluntary agreement not to allow any gambling transactions. They have gone part way towards this, with most credit cards now treating casino deposits as cash advances, and not purchases.
The idea is to prevent gambling with borrowed money, and this is likely to become a widely adopted practice as regulation matures.

So worst case scenario is that my future deposits will be rejected at some online casinos? There is no risk of getting into court or beeng sued? Can these money be requested by the casinos in other ways rather than credit card?

I have not heard of this happening. The casinos operate in a legal "grey area" in many countries, so would not take court action.

They are likely to issue a demand for payment, and if you don't pay, they will forward your name to an industry blacklist.

The problem is that it is not your DEPOSITS elsewhere that will be rejected, but your WITHDRAWALS when they do the account audit, and find you are on the blacklist for "chargebacks".

This is why you need to get this cleared up quickly with the casino concerned, or risk problems in the future if you simply "walk away" from this debt.

Probably not, since it is the casino that pays you. It is possible that the specific casino involved might seek to recover the debt from any affiliate payment due to you. If they suggest this, you should agree.
