Guts withdraw process time??

Thanks to the mods for helping me avoid my most aggressive post to date.

just an update on this matter.
im currently in a private convo with yits but his away so cannot attend to my issues.

however. one of my withdraw was approved on the 17th and today is now the 22th. it's now the 5th working business day. it clearly states on the payment section it takes within 1-3 working days, when i ask for updates on live chat some host would say it takes 3-5 days. the host today says now 5-7 days. she also mention something about their bank can't convert australian currency or something. im sure im not the first australian customer to make a withdraw and im sure if it happen it would of happen before and would of been fixed already. why does it have to happen coincidentally when i make a withdraw. like who's the liar now you clown.

to all those that says stop whinging and bitching. well i say i have the bloody right to, i work hard for my money i play on their casino and when i win i expect to get the service that they promote themselves with. whats the point of even paying for deposit fees and withdraw fees when they cannot perform to their expectations.

i also have another isssue with guts regarding not paying me after i won a bet on live baccarat, but i cannot be bothered typing it out and wait till yits replies.
all in all guts is shit box, not a very good gaming experience at all

So I cannot reverse withdraw it

That's not because of your kind and gentle disposition. It's cos I believe it needs to happen - cos we broke the promise I made to you. FYI, I would do it without the public bollocking, anyway - it's not cos I'm feeling exposed but it's because I try to be decent and stick to my word - the sum is a lot of money, more than many people in many countries earn in a lifetime, so of course you should get it back. Let's not enter into why on earth you ask for the WD to be reversed, so shortly after finally requesting that you not be allowed to reverse withdrawals any longer.

Once you get that cash confirmed and sent back (looks like you managed sent in a few photos of your required docs that were legible, so I think we are ready to allow withdrawal to all methods) I would appreciate it if you confirm it, politely, on thread for all to see your issue has been resolved.

And please remember that if you feel your gambling is not causing you pleasure and might be making you somewhat irritable, kindly make use of the limitation, cool-off and exclusion programs we have available for you. Ask CS, preferably without peppering the chat or email with the most vicious and colourful expletives (it's more productive and mutual beneficial without them, trust me), to assist you, advise you and/or implement them for you upon request. Actually feel sorry for Guts here, effectively been bullied into relinquishing that money to a gambler who lost and threw their toys out of the pram.

Pretty sure Guts will see that money again quickly. Judging by his posts he seems to be a heavy gambler with big control issues.

I'd think they would just ban him. Some people aren't worth the hassle, how do they know a month from now they won't end up back in the same boat - giving money back. I say cut your losses and tell the OP to have a nice day.

Agree but funnily or rather not so funny these kind of players are probably the most profitable ones for the casinos. Hence, maybe worth the hassle.

Seems to be quite a good chunk of money. Although if I look at the minimum wage here in Thailand then it could easily be below $100K for lifetime earnings.

Granted we don't know the full story behind this geezer but their attitude stinks and I would not dream of addressing anyone with the tone and manner they have.

Yits is a good bloke and I feel after a lengthy swim against the tide he has found it more practical to 'give in' to this 'customer' knowing his quest will end in some strong paracetamol and 24 hours straight sleep.

Now about those deposits I made when the site was in Beta mode.....

@ktruo - your refund has been dispatched and is enqueued for the payment provider to send through in full. You should have received a transaction email template confirming this.

I can also confirm that your withdrawal from the 17th of July (UTC) has been processed by the payments gateway 5 days ago, and if not there yet, should arrive at any moment.
 
I said I won't post anymore on this thread but to answer your question. No I have not recieved any email. During the time of these incident I have not recieved any email from any of my queries or follow up. The only email I have recieved was the document requests from your security department and yesterday the game zoom promotion.

any idea who's the guts rep on here - PMed yits but don't think he's checked or replied!

It still is Yits although he promised at some point to assign somebody else to be more active in the forum but that has not happened.

If you don't have an answer in an acceptable time frame then ask Bryan to give him a nudge to wake him up. :D
 
Gut withdrawal times

Good day all,

I been playing on guts regularly and the reason why I play there is cause I heard of the fast withdraw process that it's known for.
My first withdraw of $900 took about a few hours if I remember correctly. This time I had a big win and I made a withdraw late Friday night. It is now a Sunday night and still nothing. I have also asked them in live chat many times asking them to please process my withdraws. I would get replies of "our account departments will do it asap", one even said "they are busy and will do it on Monday". It seems like they are purposely stalling the process for whatever reasons.

Is this normal or do I have the right to be angry??

72 hours to check I.d card then another 72 hours to check skrill screen shot !
