guts unplayable..anyone else?

Man, the seconds and minutes between spins, game crashes, reloads.
Anyone else?
Not my net, checked other tabs and pages and load fine.
On the plus side, longest session I've had in ages...not winning, but the lag lol
 
Ugh, busted out and glad; what a horrible endeavour....even the 5 cents cant spin out because games won't load.
What a wasted evening, was so stoked to play seeing as I can only dep once a month these days. I'd have had more fun buying paint and watching it dry....might have been as dull staring at the walls, but I'd have had an end result.

Just remember to contact the 'Help Desk' and quote 'Error code 211'.

That way chat can really get to the crux of the problem! :(

lol, because I don't already CClean before I play and need to be told that should fix it :D

(to be fair,dont think guts has trotted that one out to my recollection - though always annoying to hear)
 
Sounds like you had a bit of a crap time there Dionysus. To be fair no one enjoys stuttery gameplay like that. Even if I cashed out with a profit it would be painful to reload the slot after every spin and it's not on.

Sorry to hear your monthly session got ruined because of it, and annoying how casinos just don't do anything to improve their service:mad:

After all, we all just keep coming back for more of the same. In fact I'd have more fun talking to the wall that I've just watched dry than play bloody laggy slots, it's the worst :mad::mad:
 
It does indeed blow dirty donkey bits. Not getting over starting balance (well, i was 2 bucks up for a second or 2) is bad enough time and again, but to not even enjoy the playing is even worse.
Maybe next month smooth sailing. :D
 
Error 211 is a connection issue somewhere between you-casino-game provider.

If somebody could explain that API stuff then we might know better what exactly it is.

The 211 was only near the end..otherwise, it was simply spiining endlessly then tming out.
I'd think it was my side, except, as it was just spinning, aside from opening any other pages and loading, i could open another tab, start this new CM thread, post and read it, while the slot was still spinning.
 
I'm on Day 8 of my GUTS deposit and I've had games crash on my tablet and laptop. Usually affects Microgaming and NextGen. It's annoying but nothing bad. You think it's just lag and then you're forced to restart the game.

I was having a crappy time with quickfire/MGS games myself yesterday - although different in nature than yours (game sizing issues, coupled with slowness). The error message is indeed one served by the game provider, but that does not always mean that the error is on their end/

Let me check your gameplay logs for yesterday to find the games in question and best I can do is send it through to our internal NOC and Microgaming helpdesks.

If you can PM me some details regarding your ISPs, and devices browser types etc...whatever you can provide it might help a tad. I promise we won't tell you to clear cache and cookies :) @brianGhattas - not sure we've e-met before, any chance you could PM me your Guts user credentials please?

And anyone outside of Canada experiencing problems of this nature in the last few days? Please let us know, as every little helps.

I sucks, I hear you - and fully understand how you get to the assumption that we may not be doing enough to improve service. Just want to alleviate concerns that we don't - cos it's always a burning issue that is taken seriously internally.

The problem is that it is often so random, and so hard to identify individual players'technical issues - i.e. from where they originate. It can be constituted by a multitude of factors internal and external, and the true challenge lies in finding out the exact sources of the issues, usually with remote customers to whose computers and/or phones we of course have no access.

Hence those annoying requests on my part for device and ISP details etc... because often I'm afraid to say we cannot pinpoint anything with ease, no matter how much or tech-geeks may try.

If it helps, had the same at Rizk on occasion and as they're using the same platform and I've ruled out issues at my end then I would suggest it is some kind of intermittent/ sporadic issue on the platform.

Its quite rare but can last for a while.
 
LoL is that a genuine table of errors :confused:

All the codes are the same problem API time out error, What a bloody joke, I do not think who ever designed the code know what they mean

I'm getting it now, game won't even load. Seems to be worse with the MG games, tried thunderstruck 2 and got the same error :mad:

Typically, I was right in the middle of a (rare) good session on Immortal Romance too.

Had my Monday 'Double' session spoiled also.

Went to throw my last 20 at IR but in the first few spins it disconnected twice and all other spins were lengthy and laggy :(

Switched to CFTBL and DOA (which I don't play much these days but wanted smooth spins) and was wiped out in minutes.

Usually would have gone Rhino/IR/Jurassic but as I say session spoiled by these bloody QF problems which seem never ending.

Have spoke with Yits about this before and feel for Guts/MT secure as they catch the brunt of the 'moans' yet the people behind the error simply sit back counting their profits, immune to the back lash from customers simply because their servers cannot cope!

Yes, I'm getting the same error message - the account not being verified (sorry the same one as OP is getting) and I'm Ireland based.
Been happening over a week now on mobile and laptop. Very frustrating.
 
Finally Guts allow German Players again and then...
deposited 20 EUR only to see that the games slow or endless spin and "lost connection to server" :(
disappointing evening...no need to say that toward switching the games, the bust-out has ended my Guts-Trip

Hope you will solve the problems, so the gaming will be fun again

The one game i wanted to play keeps kicking me out with the error message ARGH!! sucks!
 
Its terrible tonight for the errors had god knows how many , 1 last go and give up till tomorrow lol

Just have had an absolutely dismal time trying to play on it this evening. So peed off. Can't even play out my last few quid. No matter what i tried to play I got errors . Telling me my log in couldnt be verified or that the game was unavailable. 30 quid down the swanee. That was no fun whatsoever. :axeman:
 
Totally agree, 2 deposits made there tonight, only got 1 error out the first deposit, ripped me but no other errors 2nd deposit was terrible, errors galore , 4 different types, but ive pm'd Yits with all the screenshots so hopefully things will be fixed as soon as they can , as im aware of how busy they are etc, so all in good time eh,, may bring some luck once alls sorted lol

Went to play my free spins from the 'Double' promotion yesterday and I can't even get on the website now, can get on other sites so can't be my end.

Just gets worse lol
