Guts, Rizk, & the rest, randomly listing players as SE

The same has happened with me at Guts.

I have mailed the rep a fortnight ago with no answer as I was already verified there.

I'm not reopening my account or sending docs until I know the reason why.

You need to ask Brian to give him a nudge, Guts rep is not very active and only comes online I think when someone tells him, who knows we may then get our Dead or Alive tourny
 
I recently closed my account at Guts because of the errors I kept/keep getting whilst playing DoA, had just reached the end of my tether, and the CS said to me "I doubt you're really getting these errors" when I requested the account closure, I was like, excuse me? Couldn't believe the manner in which she was speaking to me.

Anyway, shortly after I realised I had a flash update waiting, so installed the update and asked for the account to be re-opened - was intrigued to see if that was somehow the problem and if I was still going to have issues.

Received a reply pretty quickly which said there was a cooling off period and I'd have to wait 7 days.

And to add insult to injury the flash update hadn't fixed anything...
 
This isn't actually the case. The only brand named on our license at the moment is TradaCasino and we are in no way related to Guts etc.

That being said, the confusion may have come from the Live Chat program we use. I just checked and indeed we use the same third party software for our live chat services, meaning the interface of the chat window looks almost identical :) Perhaps support were trying to say that we each use the same software provider for our Live Chat services, but didn't explain in full.

Yup, that's what happened.
I had been playing at various casinos and when it came time to remember which one, I had a quick look at yours and because the design for the live chat was *exactly* the same as Cashmio Casino, I guessed Trada was the one. I gave some indication that I wasn't sure in my original post.

I looked over my notes and it turned out the casino with the shared support was Betspin. I'm 100% sure of that. :)
