Guts Payment delay

I have withdrawn may 9th from Guts, still didn't get the payment. Contact support but they said, you will get Thursday, then again next Friday.. still nothing.
Now they are asking me to send them my bank statement, which is very weird.

I been playing casino 10 years, never ever anyone asked me to send my personal bank statement.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to process a withdraw in Guts.
 
I had to send my Bankstatement too in Verify Process,but that no problem because you can only withdra the method you have deposited with...

Normally E-Wallets less then a Day.

And Withdraw via Banktransfer max. 2 Buisnessdays for me (if i did it in the Morning Hours mostly 24H later the money in my bank account)

It's been 15 days for me. Still nothing happening...
 
Was this by bank wire? If so, it's very reasonable to request your bank statement to make sure you are correct about not receiving it yet.

If you have not already done so, comply, and they will probably then launch an investigation into where it is stalled, or that it was sent correctly.

Sometimes there are communication difficulties between a payment department and support staff. They may just need the account info and not your transactions to verify they have sent it to the correct account.

Most casinos do reserve the right to pay back to any method of their choice, and usually default to bank wire if they cannot pay back to your method, eg... most Mastercards will not accept a withdrawal back to the card.

Guts does have a new rep here, https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/rosie-guts.html. Private message her and ask for her help. Include your real name and account name, and the dates and amount of payment, and she should be able to more clearly explain what they require, why there has been a delay, and when you should expect payment.

She should at least respond to you to acknowledge receipt of your message and that she will be investigating.

I had 2 withdrawal, first on may 9th on visa debit, for your info, i have deposited with same card.

2nd withdrawal on may 11 via bank wire.

None of the payment have received yet.

i deposited with visa debit, and withdraw with visa debit.
 
The Question for me is why do you wait that long (2-3 Weeks) for getting Paid without getting in Troublemodus or Pressuremodus ?? I would not keep kalm that long time when i wer waiting for my Money?!

If your withdraw came from a No Deposit Offer or something i would say okay that could take some time with verification Progress etc till you get paid . But 1st not at guts they are normally as fast VS and Rizk with Payouts when everything is verified and 2nd you Deposited there....

I waited cause they have good reputation here, also it was long weekend in Canada.
 
I can also only say positive Words about all Whats about Money at Guts Payments/Deposits Time /Support never had any Problems about that with them everythings fine.... only the Offers are sometimes a bit disapointed
 
The Guts payments can be very frustrating-I played for a while there and gave it a break for anfee months before returning and playing again a few months back-made loads of deposits, got suckered into all the free spin/bonus boost/progress bar promotions and had some good wins here and there so decided to re-add the site to my regular faves. Until a withdraw seemed to take forever-they needed verification. Fair enough-I knew I had already submitted docs ages ago via email but live help just said I had reached the maximum cashout limit and needed to verify. So I was a but miffed but proceeded to email/upload my docs again including forwarding several emails to prove I had sent previously. Continually everything would get rejected I was getting annoyed-i used all my same docs that are approved at all other sites I play at yet they would reject and I would get no notifications/reasons why so I was always unsure of what to resend. And then the KYC process takes a few days as well and there was never any sort of rush or priority option So that i could be assessed quickly that was allowed-very annoying and my winnings I didnt bother just kept playing them away. I am all for kyc and uploading accurate docs etc but I was doubly agitated since the only reason I had reached the withdraw linit was after an accidental deposit got processed as $500 instead of 50 and I immediately took it back after speaking with chat to request no fees and that it would possibly not contribute to my actual limots as its not like it was winnings arghh haha. Nevertheless I will soon be blocked out of Rizk since the laws or whatever are changed but I hope that they can get a bit better for all the rest of you players out there:thumbsup:
 
I don't know what to say about Guts, They are the worst casino i have played. Seems like they don't want to send the payment. First withdraw took 18 days, just to find out its failed, it took them 18 days to figure it out!. Now i deposited via Instadebit, played couple of hours and then withdraw with instadebit, now they are saying i have to upload all the documents etc etc..

However i did uploaded all doc, still pending, Not sure why they are so slow.. So i got frustrated and reversed it and lost almost half of it. This is exactly what they wanted.

Wow! Did the rep ever respond to you?
She did come back to me but was ignoring all I've said so that's why I wonder. She should have been able to help you a lot faster.

Also their CSR told me yesterday, everything looks good and will be approved soon.

Today is my 29th day still couldn't withdraw, not sure if i will ever play there again.

Then I hope she told you what was wrong with the last one you sent. No need to make the same mistake twice...if it was one.
I was told they were changing and had hired a lot of new staff, which of course are making things more slow. For me it have just been payments delay on weekends but they were really slow compared to what I'm used to.

I hope you'll get paid soon. Almost one month:eek2:
 
Not really solved until payment received in these kind of payment processing issues.

Communication speed has not been acceptable IMO. As Canadians we already encounter a time zone difference that can impact business hours dealings.

Rosie with all due respect this timeframe to respond for this kind of issue for a player that has been patient polite and respectful is not the standards I like to see from Casinomeister reps. I always encourage customers to be patient and realize reps may have lives but a payment not received issue and multiple documents requests should be treated as a priority issue with replies not later than next business day.
