I'm afraid to say it was worse than ever.
The usual win-lose delay was present, but I also had some very drawn out spins and time-outs.

When I was down to my last funds, I decided to go all or nothing in live roulette.
In auto roulette the wheel didn't show, so I went to another table.
The video feed lagged, but it seemed actual game play was keeping up.
I made my bets, and lost
My bets were still on the table though. It had to be a frozen image.
It was not, the funds were still in my account.

In the end, I lost my money at regular roulette.
I'm glad I my numbers didn't show up in live roulette though.

Any update on resolving the technical issues? The lag is worse than ever on Microgaming with a slight lag on Netent, which I've never personally experienced before. I think I've only had a handful of sessions out of hundreds where there was no problem. The extreme lag on MG was partly the reason why I started playing Netent (bad mistake) and I really want to go back to MG although the lag is really annoying.

For me it has definitely improved after the upgrades, hardly any error2 anymore.
But it is still not as smooth as at say Betsson, there is a slight delay on the NetEnt spins, and mg sometimes have long spins.

I see that Tinybettor is from Australia, so depending on where the servers are located that might explain his problems.

Of course all players aren't equal. They never have been anywhere in any casino. I got 20 spins. I can't begrudge someone who got 50. Maybe they deposit more, are VIP, or in some cases of gifts, it's the whim of CS.
A reputable casino is obligated to treat all players fairly, not equally.

As the guy over says, Guts arent obliged to treat all customers equally. And it seems like one have to deposit pretty often to get free spins on a regular basis. If you want free spins on a regular basis without depositing weekly, there are a few other acredited sites that are better. However when Guts give out freespins without any playtrough, I bet that costs them a bit more than the regular offers with a WR of 30-50x
