Had massive errors as well this morning really frustrating, should had taken advise in here and stayed away. Did manage nice win on Secret Santa but together with several Error 2 etc the winnings went as upped bet which I should not had done. I know can't blame it on that that is my own fault. But those B..... errors are really enoying.

Also something very strange happened which has really put me off playing here is suddenly my balance of almost £19,97 showed £1,97 , when i was betting £1 a spin like it knew I would just loose down to that amount. And surprise yes got down to that :eek:

The other issue is that they attach a 1x WR on all deposits so let's say you log into Guts, deposit $50 (even worse more), find out the games still aren't working... Waste of money because the WR has been attached to your deposit which means you can't withdraw your deposit and need to endure the buggy games. I had this issue the other day. I think since Guts opened I've asked CS about six times to email me once the games are fixed, never received an email, so am I to assume the games were never fully fixed (as Balthazar pointed out) or that CS has a hard time following through with emails? Every time I deposit I always get some problem with some game. I'm going to wait this time until there's a clear cut answer that the games have been fixed. Guts is really being let down by their buggy games everything else is good actually better than good (as Chopley pointed out). I think it's a shame.
 
I have experienced the same problems as everybody else in here, made a post about it the other day. After that I upgraded my internet thinking that was the problem, ofc it didnt help. It is a shame, Guts would be my fav casino if it was not for the lagging/disconnect problems... and the horrendous deposit/withdrawal fees...

Of course I know your trying to help. We did have the platform very stable, we had multiple issues with the Netent over the past few months and then the recurring issues with Quickfire that a lot operators face, I had the same problems at NordicBet and Maxino. We are adding the new hardware this week and we have isolated a couple bugs with the new migration that we are working on now.

As mentioned in a couple posts the past days we are working on the problems. The extra hardware arrived in Malta and is being installed. I am sorry for your poor experience and if you PM me your account username then I will look into this for you. As for the run on Playboy, I cannot control the outcome of the game, the issues that we have been experiencing have no bearing on the outcome on the game round. I will look into this for you as well, if you would like.

I don't see the 1x wagering as being an issue. I think you know me and my team well enough by now that if you had a problem with a game and wanted to withdrawal we would process it ASAP. You are correct, we did not email you as it was not fully fixed, some players were affected worse than others, especially players outside of Europe. As we want to make sure you have the best possible experience we would not invite you back until we knew the problems were all fixed. At the time of the migration we were working very closely with the error 2 codes and were switching over to their new system, which we are now doing at the same time as fixing the migration issues.

If you have any problems PM me, I can take care of almost anything,

Disconnects have no effect on your results. Or do you think you've 'filled it up' for somebody else??
 
Well errors and lag aside (barely any errors, but lots of lag), GUTS saved Christmas over here :)
We decided to just worry about bills and family, and skip ourselves...then hit a nice little 1.2 K win here last night for a balance of 1.5 total :) Played the 500 off (well, I'm STILL a gambler lol), but ran with the 1K, a very nice, VERY unexpected surprise...so thanks guys :thumbsup:
 
hi i can comment on the lag & how often disconnects happen , but ben has been a stand up guy taken some fair flack from me about problems ,im aware its nothing to do with ben its a software problem across the site sometimes its ok other times a night mare , but there has not been any issues to my payouts on slots etc etc , hes a great guy & i shall continue to play there , hes fast replying & getting things sorted i hope to see a smooth running casino soon.:D

due to the praise on this site I signed up and made a deposit. When I started playing I encountered such lagging, that the games were simply unplayable. I was playing BJ and waited up to 30 seconds for cards to come. Worse even my balance would not update. So the balance shown was like three games ago. Slots were not playable, close to one minute per spin. The gameplay...well it was crap. Did not hit any bonus game and lost 8-10 games in a row on BJ. Thats disappointing to say the least. When I then contacted live support, they apologized but werent really helpful although I told them that as a paying customer a technically impeccable environment is a must. I mean we pay money, at least the damn casino should work. Winning/losing is a different issue. The honest way Guts should react if they have technical issues which they know about is to go offline for maintenance and fix the issue instead of giving Microgaming or Netent the blame. On other sites the games run fine and dandy.
I then told the agent I am very disappointed and will close my account. During the chat he then closed my account. Guts definitely does not care about customers, other casinos ask you why do want to leave, is there anything we can do...but not them.
I for my part did not have a good experience and would encourage players to consider alternatives. There are enough casino around, where the spin of a slot is under 30 seconds and live support is sugar and spice.
I am simply disappointed as hell as I always look for good new casinos but this one is definitely not one of them.

The thing is that is IS a good new casino as I used to play there. Unfortunately the technical issues have come to the fore again. As Chopley said, whichever browser you try it stalls. On Videoslots I have had no issues with any of the MG games, and they are NOT Quickfire versions - so maybe the problem does lie with Quickfire and Netent as they give me grief on ALL sites I use them on. So Ben is telling it how it is.
 
Can I just add that tonight I played at Guts and ok I only played at Netent slots but had no problems.

But at busy periods like last weekend I did experience the lag(IGT),error 2(MG) and "this game is not available"(Netent) often at a few casinos and all these casino used Everymatrix. I've noticed they're a lot of casinos cropping up with software supplied by Everymatrix.

Is it possible they don't have the server capacity to cope at peak periods and are happy just signing up casinos left right and centre.Profit before quality of product!
 
I played there some lately and actually managed to win a bit. But I do have big problems with the unstability of the games. The withdrawals are kind of expensive aswell as it seems like Guts do bank wires in some other way than most of the other casinos something that makes my bank charge me around 6 euro for each withdrawal + the 2-3 euro Guts charges :/

I must however give Guts a big plus for their support team. They have a team that makes you feel like you are being helped by a real human being, and not just a bot like so many other sites. The bonuses are also pretty good.

Well actually no, I was having issues and wanted to withdraw so I contacted CS (I believe her name was Tiia?)... No such luck. I even asked to speak too you. That's the problem I wouldn't have even posted had CS offered me this alternative. So numerous deposits later and errors I'm still stuck on having to play through my deposits before withdrawing because your CS won't let me withdraw without finishing the play-through first. Not everything should need to be passed through you first Ben...

You run a great casino (actually near perfect) I just think that the above is something that needs to be conveyed too your CS team in a group meeting. But yes no other posts from me on this thread I promise :)

I'll be PMing you shortly but I just wanted to make it clear that I did do my due diligence (contact CS) before posting my previous comment on this thread.
 
Just wanted to say that I deposited tonight and played a few hours and no errors or lag for me on either MG or NetEnt slots. WAY better, thanks Ben. :thumbsup: Hopefully it will be improved for everyone else too.

Damn I was in the middle of a bonus round (that was paying zilch mind you). Have they considered telling people in advance when they plan on doing an upgrade?

Sorry about that. Yes, we considered and we do it. Rack Space, who host our website went down so we needed to switch to our back up server which takes a little bit to do.

They are very loose when it comes to giving comps. and that is a big big plus also with Guts.
When I have a losing steak and ask for a comp. I always get one between 25-100 Euro's and that is just fantastic.
That's why Guts is my casino of the year.
 
I also had a chat with Glenn as well, I'm playing at the moment, extremely helpful on the ball, just like all CS should be very good :) Had a little $150 cash-out tonight off a $20 deposit. But yes I to have also found them generous with comps when on a losing streak with no WR attached either. Now that's generous :thumbsup:
 
I love Guts for their comps, but I am giving up on playing there soon. Today the technical probs seem to be worse than ever... the games are not available, and when I did get into a slot eventually, my whole computer shut down :-(

I know that's a problem they really need to work on because the MG games still arent working and there's only a couple I actually like playing like TS2 & IR.

well, that's the thing with comps, they're gifts, not givens. There's a lot of factors looked over - loyalty, RTP, heck, sometimes even whim, and whether you've played straight up or received bonuses with your dep. I've received them without asking, not gotten them with asked. The biggie when choosing your casino of choice, should be good service - which they provide in spades, then of course, look at promotions, dep/WD methods, games et c.

If you have a whack of piss-poor sessions, give Ben a shout. Might be yes, might be no, but it never hurts to ask.

That said,Dionysus is right when saying different things probably come in play when getting a comp. from a casino.
I would probably not get one on a casino where I only deposit like €20 once a month.
Guts is my favourite casino by far atm and I play there a lot as they have nearly all slots I like and they tick all the boxes for me when it comes to CS,payout times,Free spins etc etc.


And about their current technical issues,guys give Ben and his team a break.
I am 1000% sure they are doing everything they can behind the scenes to get all this straightened out.
I agree,the errors and non functioning slots are annoying but I don't think Guts is laughing about this?
The IT team is probably working around the clock shifts to get this fixed but I also believe external issues that cannot be fixed by Guts themselves can be involved in this.
This is by far one of the best new casino's out there and they excel in many many ways so give the guys a chance instead of only moaning and complaining threathening to leave them.
I don't think they deserve that!!!

Play somewhere else if you find the games are still not running as they should but don't give up on them.


But one thing is for sure,I am positive Guts will have their tech. issues resolved some day soon and I will be glad to play with them anytime again!

Guts is one of my favorite casinos however im having quite a few issues at the moment. The lagging of spins etc is still not resolved. On some slots i.e. dead or alive i know if im getting a winning spin or not. Very annoying!!

Why do you say this? Most of my withdrawals take over 2 hours to process. My current withdrawal is also still pending after 5 1/2 hours. I really am running out of patience with this site which is a crying shame

well i dont know.. i know about the laggings and disconnections ...

as far iam playing today right now for 6hours with them... no lagging no disconnections... so it is diffirent for u.. i dont know..

iam also playing smaller in case i might got these problems iam carefull .. but no problems sofar...thumbs up to Ben..

and if u have delayed pays the u could atleast give chat a visit.. most of times they handle this quickly and hits in 5 minutes after in your ewallet...they have processed your withdraw but the payment provider whos has to do the sending might delay u,which it might have been happen ..and just look around u should be happy that casinos like GUTS are around... i can tell u for sure there arent many like his style...

Yes, we are doing a major upgrade that will hopefully put an end to the tech issues that we have had. We sorted most of them but one of the issues could only be sorted with new hardware.

I will have that looked into as that is quite strange. DOA is an old game and the game size is not that big so I am a bit surprised that one is causing issues.

We approve and try to process withdrawals in under 2 hours, at least we try, which is the message that we convey. I would never say that we guarantee to process in under 2 hours as with the setup that would not be possible. I see that your withdrawing to a method that requires a bank to make the final step to process the money to your account. For bank wire and credited card we approve the withdrawals right away and then they go into batches to be processed the first time possible. Withdrawals requested and approved after banking hours will be physically processed the next business day.

Of course relying on banking hours sucks so we are implementing new processors that use an instant bank transfer. This is only available for certain markets and will be alive sometime in January.

Sorry your frustrated by this. We are really try to get you your money as quickly as possible. If you were to use an eWallet such as Moneybookers or Neteller then most of the time your withdrawal will be in your account in under 2 hours.
