if youve read both, they both say in the end i could withdraw 354 of my balence, which is what i expected, but the fact the download casino chat first said $200, im worried my deposit will fail or somthing, this is not the first time ive been nervous, i had the same withdrawing nearly 10x the amount from betat, alltho in that instance my nerves were stupid, betat are amazing all round, but since this is a new casino to me, im wondering have people had dealings with them? dont mind providing id and such, kind of expected it, but the fact the live support said $200 bothers me immensely, have i nothing to worry about?

You should be fine. People make mistakes, chat operators are often dealing with multiple conversations at once and may get confused, glance at the wrong number for a moment.

Make sure any id verification you need is in, and if you don't see your money by Monday, ask support on the status of your withdrawal. If you want to receive your money as fast as possible, you should ask support if they can flush it for you, otherwise you probably won't receive it until after the weekend.

Also, you may want to avoid playing for $5 a spin on high variance games if you're concerned with giving it all back, but that one's your call - I'd probably do the same.

A lot of casinos have a mandatory "waiting" period before they actually do anything with your withdrawal (it's possible security checks will be conducted in this period, but likely not.) Manually flushing this basically requests that you skip this period, and if you're lucky, support may even have someone take a look at your withdrawal for you right away. Confusion could be because they offer a 35 bonus for a deposit of 5 from one of the affiliates websites and max WD on that is 200 so that could be a reason for confusion
