:mad::mad:
on wednesday I deposit $66 at Grandevegas and I was lucky enough to submit a withdraw for $350.
It says will be approved in 24/48 hours.
The metod of withdraw I chose is the same one I used last time I did win....l, usemywallett.
Yesterday I had a chat to see if they could rush my withdraw so I was able to play and I wasnt told anyhting regarding docs missing whatsoever.
Today (48 hours later) my withdraw is still pending.
I contacted live chat and I was told that finance department is not available till monday.
What?
Then I was told that I had to send a new form with the C/C autorihization,I asked why I wasnt told about it on the past 2 days......nobody knows.
Why didnt they asked for this "form" when I asked for the withdraw?
Stalling is becoming a very common behaviour to most casinos nowaday.
So at this point for a win on wednesday I will have to wait at least untill tuesday.I was offered a 20bonus for the issue.....
I refused it, I want my money.
That's unacceptable to me.....especially from a casino who claims 24/48 to a webwallett and accredited here.

See the Casinomeister review of Grande Vegas HERE

PAB? They're Accred so I'd advise you do this before this proceeds any further.

Grande Vegas is an A+ casino. You will have nothing to worry about. Make sure you have all the forms filled out and sent in. They will pay you. I got caught up in a women labor day from them a few months back. But once payment dept got in the next day it was paid in full. I had to wait I think 3 or 4 days. It was the weekend and the following business day was that women labor day.

Im not worried at all.
My question is: why didnt they tell me when I submit the cashout? and 2 days later still no word from casino....I had to find it out by myself when I went to chat for the second time 48 hours later.
I asked for the form to be sent right away, answer was: NO is not possible cause finance dept. doesnt work on fridays.

Sometimes you gotta double check your things yourself. They are a casino. They would like for you to gamble back your winnings. IMHO I dont think they had to just come out and tell you. Its your job to double check. Sit back and dont reverse your withdrawal. You will be paid. This is a good group

I disagree....but that's your opinion and I respect it.

It occurs to me that so many casinos could solidify a good reputation simply by improving communication. I've had this type of thing many times, where you ask where a withdrawal is after 24/48 hrs, get a fob off, then a while later get asked for credit card pics or whatever while the delay in getting paid gets longer and longer.

Everyone knows that delays can happen and security checks are needed, but a simple email update on the status of a withdrawal every 24 hours it drags on would be indicative of a professional operation IMO.

Very few do this to the best of my knowledge but those that do are probably rewarded for it.

Apparently the terms and conditions have changed regarding withdrawals. It says 7-10 business days.

I would never have been able to tell MY boss "sorry - I don't work on Fridays". What are THEIR bosses thinking letting this go:confused:

You should not even be in this position. This form should ALREADY have been sent, and they awaiting your response.

It really does look as though some of these minor delays have been deliberately designed into the system. This ensures that procedures that could easily be run CONCURRENTLY in a modern business environment are forced to run CONSECUTIVELY in a pre-determined order to take advantage of the delays this inevitably produces.

Deciding not to work on Fridays adds 50% to the normal delay brought about by an intervening weekend, and the updating of their terms to indicate 7 - 10 days shows this is no one off "cock-up", but an intentional change in their procedures to the detriment of the player wanting quick payment.

All transactions are electronic "virtual" money movements, done by computer. No need at all for such lengthy delays to ocurr naturally in such a system designed for optimum efficiency for service delivery to the CUSTOMER. The obvious conclusion is that the system is NOT designed for optimum service efficiency to the customer, but for another kind of optimum efficiency. From reading many posts, it seems that slow payment times leads to more players reversing their withdrawals to play further. This is certainly more efficient for the CASINO, and provides a motive to take longer to pay out to players, provided they don't take so long that players stop coming back for more, or suspect the delay is down to "cashflow" problems.

And they're still accredited?

??? Yes, they are. Since when did a change like this in the T&Cs become a decreditation offense? Lots of casinos have similar terms and that seems to be fine with everyone involved.

I'm not belittling K's inconvenience here, bummer that it is, and I hope he gets paid ASAP, but I am questioning the need for this "burn them!" mentality at the drop of a hat.

this morning I received an e-mail stating tha my withdraw has been processed and it will take 2/3 business days to reflect in my QT account.

Hello Kakata and everyone else

I would like to address the current topic regarding our withdrawals.
Firstly the Friday that has just past we had an unavoidable delay in business, as we had a power failure and therefore nothing could be processed. Believe me when I say that we were just as annoyed as you were.

Regarding the CAFs they are mandatory so that players can sign off on all their purchases. This is done for your benefit as well as ours, as many of you know fraudulent activity is not unheard of. For security reasons, a CAF can only be processed by our finance department so please bear in mind that this particular delay was a once off incident due to our technical difficulties.

If you are who I think you are Kakata, your CAF was completed and returned yesterday and your withdrawal has been processed :) and should be in your usemywallet account right now.

To mention the change in our T&Cs, we made this change in case of events such as these. Also, thank you for the feedback regarding the communication of the CAF - this will be better communicated on our website within the next 48 hours.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, but like I said, this is an isolated event.

Kakata, please email me or PM should this not be the case and I will attend to your account immediately.

Best Regards,

Madison Green

No problem kakata, I am just happy that the issue was resolved, thank you for your patience. :D

Chuchu59 - our finance department does work ever single Friday, but as I said, no one was able to do anything last Friday due to the power outage.

If there's anything else I can assist you with, please do not hesitate contact me.

Cheers,

Madison

Support should have conveyed this information better. Rather than being told this was an isolated incident, Kakata was given the impression that finance do not routinely work on Fridays. This is a significant difference when it comes to assessing the service levels a customer might expect from a casino, especially one reading this thread, and getting the impression you only process and verify documents 4 days a week instead of the normal 5.

The CAF form that casinos use seems to be an anomaly. I don't have to "sign off" my transactions for, say, my online grocery shopping, or even when purchasing electronic goods from sites such as Amazon. The CAF is a peculiarity of the online casino industry, and I doubt it makes much difference, since a fraudster will happily forge the appropriate signature on such a form if required to.
The fact that the CAF is a bit of a sham is shown by the fact that I am expected to sign off transactions long before I receive my card statement, yet the forms supposedly ask that I check to ensure they have been correctly debited. If I played by the book, I would sometimes have to wait well over a month to HONESTLY sign off the most recent transactions on one of these forms, and I expect most players simply sign it, and send it off, without really paying much attention to it - since they want as little a delay as possible on their withdrawals.

The Grande Vegas forms may differ from the ones I am used to, but this relates to my experience of having to sign off transactions that would take the best part of 2 months to appear in the post on a statement, and no-one here seriously believes I waited those 2 months before sending it off and getting my money, do they;)
