Grande Vegas -Problem withdrawing to ewallet

Took a bonus, met WR, emailed my docs (which were received), went to cash out and the software errors and tells me:

Account ID must be 12 characters

Welll.... my ewallet account # is 10 digits... always has been. Works at other RTG cashiers... so ... what's up?? Anyone have a simple solution?

I want to cash out when I want to cash out... savvy? :D and I won't play it back. So... there it sits till someone in Finance decides to 'fix' it?

I have PM'd Melanie... but it's the weekend...
 
If the casino has Live Chat, why don't you go there and ask about it.

I did... The lad had no clue as to what the problem is, said he would refer it to Finance.

P.S..... Forgot to mention that my deposit was made from the same ewallet I'm trying to withdraw to ... (using the same account# that the WD software won't accept).
 
I have been contacted by the rep and she is helping with my little problem. Thanks!

I must say... they really need to get this fixed in the software!
