Took a bonus, met WR, emailed my docs (which were received), went to cash out and the software errors and tells me:
Account ID must be 12 characters
Welll.... my ewallet account # is 10 digits... always has been. Works at other RTG cashiers... so ... what's up?? Anyone have a simple solution?
I want to cash out when I want to cash out... savvy? and I won't play it back. So... there it sits till someone in Finance decides to 'fix' it?
I have PM'd Melanie... but it's the weekend...
