    I researched this casino and Winner's Playground on a number of forums before depositing and didnot find any adverse information so I decided to go ahead. How I wish I didn't!!

    I got through the WR using flat betting and finally ended up with 50% of the bonus left so I decided to withdraw on the 27/4/4.

    The casino replied requesting a Fax Back Form which was duly sent on the 4/5/4 and since then nothing!

    After numerous emails, which have gone unanswered, the money is still sitting in the casino with a pending message on it.

    Looks like it's definitely one to chalk up to experience eventho I will still be trying to get my money but everyone else be warned!!!

    I was reading thru their rules & terms and conditions and found one place where they forgot to change winnersplayground to grand royal. That was all I needed to move on. They closed my account at one point and never would tell me why. Julie was trying to find out for me before she died, but never got anything from them that I know of.

    Definitely stay away from this place.

    i've played at around 30 casinos, the two that currently owe me money, (and i've been waiting for almost 3 months) are winnersplayground and Grandroyal.

    taken from the Grand Royal casino banking terms. they forgot to change it to grand royal LOL. what a bunch of idiots. looking at their website (for the first time), it looks very old fashioned and they seem to only have 2 major merchant accounts (pre paid atm, neteller). A casino with that few options always raises red flags. The entire website looks like someone who was bored made a webpage in 1 day on homestead lol.

    now the above quote is the casinos legal and moral way of giving them too much power. Anyone who would put that in their terms for the public to see are just dumb. The concept of a casino holding funds in the event of discovering a TRUE and REASONABLE discrepancy is just understood. It seems the casino can then say "Hey you spelled your name John instead of Johnathon! You are banned and your winnings are void in accordance with the above quote" They can use ridiculous bs to skip out on paying which is sad. Or in your cases, just completely ignore you.


    hope you guys get paid, keep trying but stick to playing with the honest places ie.. fortune lounge, belle rock, vegas partners, casino-on-net etc...

    I played there just for some research purposes and I do not claim bonuses, ever. Sure enough my hunch was right, if you play with your own money and do not claim a bonus you will have not a single problem or delay. God, I sound like a broken record. 24hrs later, you guessed it, money was in me Neteller. When will you people clue in? Even if you get through the wagering requirements they can still pull some bullshit and make up something to do with bonus abuse. Why let them have that over you? I don't get it. Is it really worth it for the few extra bucks that you usually can't withdraw anyways?

    Yup, I tried these guys also and it took too long to get paid. Dont know whats going on over there, however, I would not reccommend them considering there are legitimate casinos to choose from.

    Has been for me as I'm closing in on $50,000 in bonus money and I've never been stiffed.

    Whereas you "do not claim bonuses, ever", I never play without one.

    Thats great, Im really glad to hear that. Im not saying that people are stupid for claiming bonuses, its just that all the bad casino stories, or mostly all of them involve the casino saying either "Bonus abuser" or "did not reach wagering requirements" That is the reason I do not ever claim them otherwise if it were easy I would jump on free money, but for me I like to save the headache and the worries on whether I will get paid. Im happy to hear that you never have been stiffed and have made that much money off of bonuses. How long have you been claiming bonuses, and playing online Clayman?

    I know you're not. We just represent the 2 possible extremes of playing habits/preferences. I think cyber-space is big enough for the both of us lol.

    As near as I can tell, I first played with Golden Palace in Sep 1999. I bought $50, received a $100 bonus, and played 14 hands (losing one double with heart pounding) at $10/hand, losing 1.5 units for an $85 profit. The wagering requirement was 1X or $150. I remember being upset when they went to 3X. Unfortunately, I played sparingly in the early days and failed to take advantage of the easy money, never quite believing it was really that easy.

    Obviously this was before you needed a team of lawyers to figure out T&C, about which I couldn't agree with you more. I'm just willing to jump thru the hoops to play a positive expectation game.

    I CANNOT GET PAID BY GRAND ROYAL CASINO SINCE JUNE 10, 2004 THEY OWE ME $2813.00 , DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW I CAN GET MY MOONEY. THYE WILL NOT RESPPOND TO ANY EMAIL. AFTER READING THE FORUM I CAN SEE THIS IS TROUBLE.

    After complaining to the watchdog from this site

    both casinos paid up.

    If it wasn't for them I think the casinos would still have my money.

    I Am Very Upset. They Owe Me $2813.00 I Have Been Playing At Grand Royal And Sister Site Winnersplayground. They have the same Owner And Support People. I Have Given Them Thousands Of Dollars. Now I win And cashed out on June 10th 2004 and have written them For Eleven Days Straight (20 Emails A Day At Least) And They, Nor Their Mangment Will Reply. They have In The past On A Constant Basis. Now that I want my money , It Is As though they disappeared. I have Requested An Investigaton from watch dog? They have no phone, and are constantly changing their Web Page And Games. One minute they have Progressives, Then you go into play and the progressives are gone. I Know Am Reading Alot Of Bad Juju About Both Sites. Beware, I Will Keep Any Onoe Posted If I Am Paid.

    Try the email address posted above by Bluewolf - that goes to the new dispute resolution process that RTG have set up for complaints against their licensees.

    Grand Royal uses an outsourced Support - Global Interactive Casino Support. Have you tried telephoning them? Player emails should certainly not be ignored, and if you've been bombarding them with 20 a day presumably at least some must have been received!
