Bonus is 100% 40x playthru -

what they dont tell you Blackjack counts 5%.

now your playthru is 800x 200 = $160,000

say you play 60 $5 hands per hour (very risky imho)

thats 600 hours to get your $200

and that is 36,000 hands - dont even think about trying it

if you dont want to lose $200

This is my first post, why advertise these people casinomeister?

If anyone had played BJ 40x and they refused to let the player cash out, that would be the casino's fault. Nowhere on that page on Opening Offers was there any mention that different games had different WRs. Instead, it mentioned that $8000 worth of WRs would suffice for a $200 bonus.

Oh yes, BTW welcome to the forum, Dougk. Hope you win plenty of dough from them. Hang around, plenty of nice and colourful personalities here.

My first post -

Hi I am from Australia. A blackjack player.

Clicked the link to Grand Mondial Casino - what a joke..

This is somewhat misleading, because the game % is clearly listed at Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

It's not like they're "not telling you", nor are they trying to hide it.

You'll also find that most all MG casinos have BJ set for either 5% or 2% of WR.

PS: Welcome to the forum :)

A newbie is unlikely to spot this. The Promotions page has a link which leads to details on the opening offer and there is no mentioning that you need to look at the finer terms and conditions at the bottom of the page. It states that 40x is the WR and that you need to at least wager $8000 before cashing out the $200. I am not saying it is roguish. Rather, they should add something to the effect that a new player will also haver to look at the Terms and Conditions instead of merely regarding those details as the actual Ts and Cs.

i hate to take bonuses when the playthrough is so high. i tried this casino but was not that impressed with them, imo. but this was before i cooled my jets from playing for awhile, maybe ive just lost my touch lol.

I ended up busting on 2 deposits w/bonus with GM....then I won $150 from the Bierfest, took it up to $900 and cashed out without any WR :p

Hi all,

Hope you are well.

Thank you for everyones comments made on this post.

Especially WinBig...!

Yes we do not hide the fact that BJ's wager requirements contribution is 5% as indicated by WinBig and it's up to the player to fully educate himself before he decides to sign-up with a casino and know exactly what he signs up for.

May lady luck be on your side and all of the best with your future gaming

I do have to agree that the %'s should be listed on the same page as the SUB T&C, and not in a different location....I can see where it's easily missed....

Given that it is billed as a "slots only bonus", why on earth are we debating the WR for Blackjack?

It seems to be the MG bonus system, but at 40x instead of the 30x that was the default. I have noticed a new "Brit Hating" term, lumping us in with the Russians and Danes. I fail to see how any "promotional abuse" can be happening with a 40x WR on slots, seems most new players stand "no chance" of winning with this, while Brits, Russians & Danes stand "absolutely no chance" of winning.

Despite this clampdown, this group are using white labels to get more players because "normal" marketing methods are not gaining enough. The days of the US and Canada driving the industry are over, it is not wise to discriminate against British players just as our new gaming act is likely to lead to more sign-ups from here - we might get the impression that because our government is now willing to regulate the industry, British players are no longer desirable.
I do not know of any LAND casino that asks your nationality at the door, and then require certain customers to wear a badge to tell dealers/hosts they are to be discriminated against when it comes to the extras. (This would be illegal here, due to race discrimination laws).

I couldn't agree more.

But as I pointed out in the other thread on your bonus abuse policy, there are some cases where you reserve the right to confiscate winnings based on vague criteria. So how is the player supposed to know exactly what he's signing up for in this case?

I've repeatedly invited you to comment on this issue in order to clear up this policy for your players, but you have unfortunately declined.

This is my biggest bug-bear with some casinos - blatant racism.

Just suppose, instead of a load of Danes, the casino was hit by a big group of 'bonus hunters' who were all black.
Can you imagine the uproar if the casino then said you'll have a higher WR if you're black???

Yeah, next thing they will be doing is asking you to take DNA tests to prove that you do not belong to the race they discriminate against.

how can a casino know if you're black? and how are danes a race? they're just a wee nub on the top of germany. germany, now THERE's a race! just kidding everyone, i love germans and danes and blacks equally. yeah that's a load of bologna about the nationalities and currencies etc yielding different rules. i guess best they are up-front with it, rather than just letting you go ahead then pulling a stunt to confiscate on you. danes are really progressive though, don't they have like hooker nurses that fix you up with heroin and feed you hash brownies while they electro-stimulate your prostate to induce orgasm?
