New email from them stating they deducted 5.00 from my account ? A) I have not had an account with them for quite a long time ! B ) I emailed them back saying THEY BLOCKED US, not the other way around !

over a period of 180 days then it attracts an inactive fee of $5 per

I think it is high time they change those terms & conditions since THEY altered them FIRST by NOT allowing USA to play !

We request you to cash out the money so that you will not be charged
the inactive account fee and continue playing at our play money section.

I received a similar e-mail and I wrote them back too. I thought their e-mail to me was rude and I told them so. Well, within minutes I get an apologetic e-mail from PartyPoker telling me that they have re-instated me and I was more than welcome to come back. I had never played at PartyPoker as I am not a card player. I guess PartyBingo and PartyPoker are owned by the same people???
PartyBingo was never my favorite site anyways and I uninstalled them after the crooked shady cruise tournament last year. Their software was crappy and their chat hosts were boring as all get out. When I left, 5 other players left with me. We went to Jet Bingo and Cashmill and were surprised at how much better they were run.
Where do you play now BeenThere? It's getting harder and harder to find a new bingo home.
