I deposited and cashed in using Eco card at Goldentiger.

I sent them the required documents they asked for

They sent me the following email:

Hello D,

Thank you for providing the requested documents.

We will send you a confirmation email receipt with all the relevant details once your payment is processed.

Kind Regards,

then they sent this email:

Hello D
Fraudulent activity has been detected with your account and is being investigated thoroughly. The account will remain closed.

All attempts to explain them it is a mistake didn't help, they didn't reply.

I submitted a complaint with Ecogra, they didn't help and also didn't answer when I replied it must be a mistake or maybe they got false information from the casino.

We have investigated your query with the casino and have made the following findings;

Your account has been liked to a number of other accounts at the casino through identifiers.

We have reviewed these identifiers and are satisfied that the casino has acted according to their Terms and Conditions in locking all of your casino accounts. For security reasons we are not at liberty to disclose the nature of the identifiers.

Your deposit will be returned to you.

Bearing the above in mind I must inform you that we find your dispute to be invalid.

Have you tried calling them up to talk with someone?

This again shows how it is wrong to have the industry act as judge, jury, and executioner. With eCogra ruling against this, they are stating you are a fraudulent player.

If innocent, you can take eCogra to court for Libel, as eCogra are UK based. This will be the ONLY way you can ever get an independent review of the evidence. There is no real way to take Casino Rewards to task, as they are licensed in Kahwanake, although based in Australia.

It would be interesting if some of these cases could be taken further, and won, as it would establish that these "fraud" rulings are not necessarily sound, and players should have a chance of a truly independent review.
I am convinced that some players are victims of unusual coincidences, and are innocent, but have absolutely no way of being heard, as once fraud is suspected, guilt is assumed, and that any attempt to "explain" is summarily dismissed as a last ditch attempt to get away with the deception. (This is actually spelled out in the guidance at ProcCyber for their fraud detection products).

GoldenTiger Casino Payment problem

On line casino business is based on trust. I trust Goldentiger and I trusted Ecogra.

I could see couple of more problems that player had lately with them, like the guy who played the Autoplay.

I probably consider a big winner there and they decided to avoid the payment using other ways, I haven't played Autoplay although I didn't know it was not allowed

Before court,
I think if they show the Casinomester their facts it would be enough

He may of course agree with eCogra. Sadly, many casinos have pulled so many stunts lately to avoid payment that when they cry wolf (sorry, I mean "fraudulent player") yet again and agian, I find it easier and easier to see the player as victim of incompetence, or a non-payment "stunt", rather than part of an "evil fraud ring".
Since the evidence for these claims is NEVER open to public scrutiny, we have to trust the industry to get it right to the standards required in a court of law for proscecution of a crime (as after all, in this case the "sentence" is a $9500 fine - something that only a serious offence would attract in a court.)

To get Bryan to look into this formally, you can use the PAB service, but note that despite being eCogra sealholders, Golden Tiger is NOT Casinomeister accredited.

As eCogra has already become involved, PAB may be your last hope. And as Vinyl mentioned, even a PAB may not get your money.... but it may be worth a shot if you are on the up and up.

Good luck.
