I read the recent threads with complaints of goldencasino.com not paying U.S. based customers since January. I am a newbie here and goldencasino owes me payment since Feb 1. After multiple broken promises and "the checks in the mail" I was told Friday that the batch of checks sent on March 28 were returned to them and therefore we will not receive our money anytime soon. I noticed somebody else was given the March 28th date too. Looks like we're all in the same sinking ship.

Hey HeyMike,

Did you read about all others that did get payments from Goldencasino?

If you ask me, Goldencasino is not a sinking ship as you say..

(My opinion about Goldencasino is backed by about 25 players who are all quite satisfied and never had problems with getting paid. Some of them are US players)

Take in consideration that whenever there are third parties (postal company to deliver checks etc..) that there can be many reasons as to why you did not get your check yet.

I am sorry to read about your problem with getting paid but it sure has nothing to do with goldencasino being a 'sinking ship'.

They have had an enourmous workload since the beloved gambling bill was put into place. They got all players coming from the Casinoblaster family casinos. And, if you ask me, that is a rather large group of people. Besides that, the Gambling Bill resulted into the need of altering the regular (and allways well catered for) payment methodes instantly.

Please, do not get me wrong, I will be the first to agree that these issues should never have to be a customers problem when it goes to paying the winnings they owe.

The fact is that things have changed since the bill and maybe, if no error was in place with issueing your check, these are (might be) the reasons for the delay.

I can tell you that they pay what is owed to anyone a full 100%, if the casino play and winnings went according to their casino rules and regulations, that is. (Obviously, the time frame as to how fast this happens is the only main issue here and having said that, I know that this does not make it less annoying to you.. but I hope it will make you feel better knowing that there is no fraud or sinking ships causing this)

I know that a 'please be patient' will not make you feel better but it will be the best thing you can do, accompanied with a proper attempt to communicate with them.

I believe there are some people here who indeed where not happy with a 'please be patient' after posting about not getting paid what is theirs before but in the end, all of them (or most of them) where able to post the happy news that they did get paid.

The main reason I replied to your post is to try and take your worries about not getting paid away. I am truly sorry once again that this has happened to you, but I can assure you..

Try to be patient.. ;)

If everything went the way it should, You will be paid.

Geoff

they are scum

Back in the old days when they were apart of the blasters group I signed up at another casino in the group and lost the sticky bonus. I then signed up at Golden Palace got another sticky bonus and won some. When I tried to cash out they took away the $300 sticky which was fine but they reversed it and when I tried to cash out again they took out another $300 as I was only entited to one sticky bonus between the whole group. At the time I signed up at both that was not the case. The first sticky bonus I recieved was $200 not $300. The people that work there sometimes deny taking $600 out total and when I show them the e-mails stating that they have any why they say that is how it should be done. Needless to say I have not recieved any money period.

Anyone have solutions on who to speak with to get my other $300 added and the full amount cashed out?

Your response is appreciated. I would love to believe it's not a "sinking ship". I need the money. Some of us are affected quite a bit by not being paid, mine is so bad that I've been unable to pay bills and possibly going bankrupt. The main reason is because goldencasino seemed so sincere when the said "the checks in the mail" multiple times. I proceeded to bet more and spend the money that was supposed to be coming. Now I'm in financial trouble. I've contacted them several times and explained my situation, but each time I've been given empty promises.

Hi Mikey -

In case you missed another thread involving Allamericans, it's right HERE

He jumped into a thread involving payment problems with Hype casino, and offered to 'see what he could do'. He then posted links to his website and asked people to participate in his forums. Once a few of us decided to check out his site, it became clear he is an affiliate for a few casinos, including Hype and Golden Casino. He obviously came to this forum to promote his own site and decided while he was here, he'd do damage control on behalf of the casinos he's affiliated with. If you decide to follow the link in his signature, you will see that Golden Casino dominates his site. That's putting it nicely. It seems every other sentence in his blog contains a Golden Casino link. It's clear that Golden Casino is his #1 money machine, so I'm figuring you can put 2 and 2 together and realize why he doesn't want anyone thinking Golden Casino is any sort of 'sinking ship'.

In my opinion, just ignore anything he has to say, as it is 100% biased towards his cash cow. He wasn't replying to you, or to help you. He posts so that others reading will be influenced or that google will pick up some of these threads. I am posting in some of these threads so that the information is also put out that he is a cloaked SPAMMER and nothing more. I wish you luck in your dealings with Golden Casino, and thought you should be made aware that there is a wolf watching over the hen house.

Sincerely,
- Keith

I to am an affiliate of golden casino , but have since moved them from front page placement to inner pages .

I am getting complaints from some of my players for very slw payments /

I myself am owed money from them as they never sent my comission checks for January and Febuary , but suprisingy they sent me one for march.

I do have limited contact with them , but its the same story all the time , the checks in the mail .

I beleive they are having problems getting there checks processed , and while they are a good casino , for the time being try playing somewhere else untill they get there payment processor straightened out.

(My opinion about Goldencasino is backed by about 25 players who are all quite satisfied and never had problems with getting paid. Some of them are US players)

I'm sure there's an equal amount of players here at CM that haven't been paid yet. Your point is moot.

You know full well you're sending players into a huge headache should they cash out, but you keep doing it. I guess the almighty dollar prevails once again.

Hi HeyMikey,

I was just on the phone with the Director of Goldencasino. He made it his personal business to get in contact with me due to the emails I send him regarding the payment problems and so he called me today!

We discussed the problems in a lengthy conversation and we agreed to maintain personal contact regarding these issues until they are solved.

He assured me the following:

Anyone with problems regarding payouts, please email support at goldencasino.com immediately and ask for your email to be forwarded to Mark.

Yes, Even if you have emailed them before. The difference this time is, when you email them, to make sure you mention Allamericans and that you want contact with Mark.

The email should have all details of the problem including account details and so on.

He, (the Goldencasino's director) will personally look into the problem you are describing as he is the person who issues the payments and, his own personal words where:

Once they are done with me, there is no more problem.

So, the best way and fastest way to have your problem solved is to email support and tell them you want personal attention from Mark at BCP.

Both myself and Mark notified the customer service people that emails like these will be send and Mark personally instructed them to immediately forward them asap to Mark so that he can solve them for you..

Keep me posted please, as I do care and work for you to get it solved.

Geoff

Shouldn't players have already been paid the monies they were owed WITHOUT having to mention your name ? You actually seem insulted that people are offended by the fact they were lied to about fed-ex tracking numbers and un answered phone calls and emails . The best way to keep a good reputation is this business is to pay winners and be honest .

Shouldn't players have already been paid the monies they were owed WITHOUT having to mention your name ?

Yes, they should at all times.

The reason, and this is the only reason why to mention Allamericans in the email is so that support will immediately forward the emails to Mark. As they will know it is the people from this forum who are in bad need of personal attention to get the problem solved.

You actually seem insulted that people are offended by the fact they were lied to about fed-ex tracking numbers and un answered phone calls and emails .

Yes, very. As it is a very disturbing knowledge if it has been proven to be true that false information has been given out. Even worse is when people do not get what is theirs. These are a few of the main reasons for me contacting Goldencasino the way I did.

I am also disturbed by the fact that these immense problems can be easily solved by proper approach.

The way I see it, I opened up a direct communication line for the people on this forum who have payment problems to the director of Goldencasino. All they now have to do is send the mail as described.

Please do not get me wrong, they shouldn't have had any problems in the first place, I'll be the first to agree. But, since there are people with those problems, whatever the reason may be, what is needed here is a solution.

So, if you have a problem not getting paid, wether you are a player or affiliate, you should email support @ goldencasino.com as described. Your problem will be seen to by the director personally.

The best way to keep a good reputation is this business is to pay winners and be honest .

Correct. These where the words I got from the director while discussing the problems.

If everybody who has problems goes ahead and emails as described, we can take it from there.

If nobody does so, there is nothing I can do.

You and golden casino support are so full of it, it's coming out your ears.

They say they will pay but talk is cheap, free as a matter of fact. Paying takes cash which they take in but don't send out.

Is da_gambla the only one on here that can see?

email them, if I get one more "please understand we are trying" email from these no ethics," no typee english good" fools I will probably break my keyboard.

I have written it off as a loss, as will anyone else that trys to cash thier rubber checks

I am sure most understand the situation entirely with GC as well as HYPE. Da Gambla has done an excellent job calling out this insecure pig fraud aka AA who is obviously not only cloaking spam but also seeking attention. Sometimes these obvious attention seekers are best ignored. I can identify with your frustration as GC has done the same to many of us if not all recently. Every dog has its day.............Best Wishes.

Let us visit where we are with Golden Casino's non-payment issue.

Golden Casino has neither stated publicly or privately via support emails to players that there is any suspicion of fraud or abuse. The ongoing non-payment reasons continue to be 'conditions beyond our control' as a generalization.

With that in mind, allow me to politely abuse your asinine post:

Why do they have to mention your website? Is there a secret handshake that goes along with the secret passphrase? Why can't they just add in the body of the email PLEASE FORWARD TO MARK? Oh wait.. I understand... you need a SPAM solution. Something you can post on these forums that makes it necessary to REPEAT your friggin' website name again and again and again.

It's simply amazing how you consistently piggy-back your website name on Bryan's forums... "mention allamericans so that support will know it's people from Casinomeister forums". Why don't they just mention Casinomeister forums? Seems simple: "Please forward to Mark. I am a member of Casinomeister's forums".

Oh yah, that would cut you out of the loop. That would not do.

LMAO... it HAS been proven. Over and OVER again throughout this thread. You act like these are just allegations thrown out there that have no merit. All of these problems are well documented in the other GC thread, and there are so many people with the exact same story that it cannot be coincidence. So it is TRUE. So, it MUST be disturbing information, and YOU should be outraged as well.

Now show your OUTRAGE and SUPPORT for the non-payment of your affiliate and REMOVE them from your website immediately. Drop them an email (remember to mention AA so it goes to Mark!) explaining that you've removed them as an affiliated casino until they contact customers at CM regarding non-payments, and the payments are made good.

PUH-LEEZE... I have no vomit left, and am relegated to DRY HEAVING in response to your insistant position of player 'caring'. :puke:

Allamericans said:

Yep. It's so easy, it's TOO easy. They could JUST PAY THEM ALREADY..! No need for secret handshakes, passphrases or VooDoo rituals.

This is so insulting to Bryan...

Look... you are a completely insignificant player in this industry. You are a wanna-be, you wish someone would pay attention to you. One look at your website reveals that it is quite obvious you could evaporate tomorrow and Golden Casino would NOT EVEN NOTICE. You could post all of the negative things you wanted about GC on your forums, and it wouldn't matter. No one visits or uses your forums but you. Yet you appear to be saying over and over that Golden Casino will be willing to talk to BRYAN's forum members because YOU ASKED them to, but they would not be willing to do it on Bryan's request. Simply absurd. I cannot fathom how much lower you can possibly go, YET YOU CONSTANTLY GO THERE ANYWAY.

Allamericans said:

But, since there are people with those problems, whatever the reason may be, what is needed here is a solution.

Yes. PAY THEM. No wonder you are an affiliate for them.. YOU SOUND JUST LIKE THEM.

"We need a solution"
"You need to email us"
"You need to mention XYZ"

What's really disturbing to me is, I missed the post where Bryan has brought in a sidekick named Geoff, who is authorized to contact casino management and negotiate on behalf of forum members at Casinomeister. Surely, it was an oversight. I'll do a search, and I'm sure it will come up.

In the meantime, please feel free to post these hilarious public masturbation responses! Like a good dawg, I also enjoy a good bit of leg-humpin'~~!

:xxxGEOFF

You take care now, and I'll see ya next post!

Your best friend & leg lover,

Hey, Silly. You should read a bit better, or have it read out to you better as you seemed to miss some important issues. But that is ok.

I am glad I have finally given you something to do.

I am trying to come up with a solution here for those people, and all you do is keep kicking it away as if it where your own wife.

Well, I thank you for that

But, one thing is for sure, due to your nice manners, some of those people are still not helped.

Hey, you come up with a solution for them then.

Oh, all you are able to do is bitch and not help? Well, here is where the intentions of both of us differ.

You call Americans suckers, I try to help them.

Oh, please remove my copyrighted materials from your post. As this is a Copyright infringement and, is illegal.

I hope the best for you and that you too will be happy someday.

I feel for you. I am glad I am able to give you the feeling you belong somewhere too.

By for now hero.

Let's chill out everybody, okay? Thanks!

As for Golden Casino, their manager was in contact with me several weeks ago, yet he/she has clammed up concerning some recent issues. I have no patience for this and just consider this another no-pay, non-communicating casino. If they don't want to answer my emails, that's their prerogative. I couldn't care less who the "director" is. If he wanted to get in touch with me, I'm a pretty easy person to contact.

Of to the rogues with ye, and if I were an affiliate of this group, I would remove their brand from my site ASAP. Promoting casinos that have this sort of difficulty paying their US players should take "time-out" from the industry or just promote their casinos to non-US players.

@Allamericans. If you are going to target US players, make sure you promote casinos that can pay them. Thanks!

Some money received

I got half my money via a couple checks yesterday and today. They are Citibank New York State for Citibank N.A. I deposited. Let's hope they are good. According to GC, the other half of my money due since late January has not been sent yet.

Glad to hear that Mikey... occassionally someone hits the 'I got a check' lottery, and that's always good news. Hope it clears, keep us posted.

I am still waiting on payment from them. On their website, they have Citadel as an option to receive a withdrawal. Has anyone used this is? Is it trustworthy and can it be used to transfer winnings to someone in the US? Thanks for any input.

They pay without problems to non-US customers (neteller). Tested this week last time. I like this casino.

That's great and all, and if that were the issue, there'd be no issue. The problem is that they are in fact miserably slow paying US customers, have been caught in too numerous lies regarding payment status to count, yet continue to market their brand to US customers and accept deposits.

That's the problem... next comment?

- Keith

I just wanted to inform, that they are not no-pay-casino. USA =! World.

USA might not = World, but according to this casino, USA does in fact = part of their consumer base. If they do not pay ALL of their consumer base, then they are a NO PAY casino. The non-payment problems are not the end of it, it is the lack of clear communication and the obvious stall tactics that really create the bigger problem.

Next comment?

I just wanted to inform, that they are not no-pay-casino. USA =! World.

I'm willing to go out on a limb here, but I would guess that 40-60% of their players are US players. If a casino is not paying 40-60% of its players, then I would consider this a no-pay casino.

If they would only start communicating in an more effective manner, then there probably wouldn't be such criticism thrown at them.

Good and Bad News

Good News: The first check they sent me a couple weeks ago has not bounced (yet).

Bad News: They still owe me a large sum from January and they aren't making any effort to pay. In fact, the rep I spoke to today was quite nasty with me.
