Golden Casino has neither stated publicly or privately via support emails to players that there is any suspicion of fraud or abuse. The ongoing non-payment reasons continue to be 'conditions beyond our control' as a generalization.
With that in mind, allow me to politely abuse your asinine post:

The reason, and this is the only reason why to mention Allamericans in the email is so that
support will immediately forward the emails to Mark. As they will know it is the people from

Why do they have to mention your website? Is there a secret handshake that goes along with the secret passphrase? Why can't they just add in the body of the email PLEASE FORWARD TO MARK? Oh wait.. All of these problems are well documented in the other GC thread, and there are so many people with the exact same story that it cannot be coincidence. So it is TRUE. So, it MUST be disturbing information, and YOU should be outraged as well.
Now show your OUTRAGE and SUPPORT for the non-payment of your affiliate and REMOVE them from your website immediately. Drop them an email (remember to mention AA so it goes to Mark!) explaining that you've removed them as an affiliated casino until they contact customers at CM regarding non-payments, and the payments are made good.
