Golden casino removed 10.000 $ !!!! from my account.

Because I had played my 200$ deposit match bonus on "non-legal" table games.
I played disallowed table games before finally fulfilling all my wagering requirements in allowed slots games. That is a lot of money, I have tried it once before for 5000$.

My question is, is the casino allowed to retrieve all my winnings, as they did? - or only the winnings from table games? - read the bonus terms below.
I profited 2.000 $ net in slot games. What do you think?

"Play at all forms of table games is restricted until you have met our wagering requirement. If you play on these games before meeting our requirements, then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion. Further, all losses incurred while playing said games will be non-refundable."

The casino is well within there right to confiscate your winnings and return just the deposit amount.

You have clearly broken the t&c's. You should always finish off your WR on the games that are allowed then move onto those you want to play after confirming it with CS. Or don't take a bonus in the first place.

I don't see how you can be claiming foul.

Casino is right, nothing you can do, you broke the terms :(

But coding software to disallow certain games when playing a bonus is easy. Why don't they do it? You probably know the answer...

OP was "basing" his complaint on this term:

Play at all forms of table games is restricted until you have met our wagering requirement. If you play on these games before meeting our requirements, then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion. Further, all losses incurred while playing said games will be non-refundable.

Meaning that only the winnings from disallowed games should be voided. There is no advantage in the way OP played. Shit term and should be replaced by ...the right to void any winnings... or similar and leave out the made from these games.
Op will never get the slot winnings though as Golden Casino is crap and theres not a possibility to challenge the term trough a Consumer agency ombudsman.

Sorry, but that is way off.

All a player has to do is:

1. Read the terms

2. Don't violate them

Hardly rocket science.

The only ones who complain about it are the advantage players who sometimes get caught by not being careful enough. It isn't the casino's fault, it's the player's fault.

The casinos enforce these rules to protect themselves against such players, and I don't see any problem at all with it.

On a land based casino here on my country every sunday they give a small amount of bonuses....then players go every sunday to play but casino was losing to much so they do not offer more this bonus....why online casino do not use the same concept....BECAUSE they want to STEAL players money ....is that so easy....

If you want to play ANY game then don't use a bonus. That way, you don't tie up your funds with a WR , don't risk breaking T&Cs, don't risk being accused of abusing bonuses, and don't risk having a casino confiscate your money. And you don't have to wade through X number of lines of mind numbing terms and conditions.

Sure i do that playing without bonus ( when i play ONLINE cause now i dont play anymore ) cause i know those rules are make only to make more difficult everything for player....for what is a bonus given, i ask an operator???...he say for bigger BETS and bigger chances of hitting BIG........ok you HIT big then you cant withdraw cause you must meet their RULES...so what is the really meaning of taking a bonus....just a way to bring players on casino then....BAM....lost, accusations etc etc....

Not always, it depends on what you are expecting from the bonus. There are many here who do use bonuses and who abide by the rules and who win and withdraw without problems. You have to decide what is the difference between a good bonus and a bad bonus, the same as a good casino and a bad casino. Not every bonus will be good for everyone. You may pick a bonus which I would think is a bad choice and vice versa, the same with a casino choice. To each their own.

Every person here, at one time or another, has had a bad experience of some type. And these bad experiences are what has brought the majority here. Some have chosen to stay and some have chosen to leave. It's a choice, if it doesn't make you happy then no one can force you to to stay. You are the only one who can decide if you will stay and try to help other people from experiences you've had (whether good OR bad).

But to continue trolling about how bad this site is in thread after thread is just plain disrespectful, not only to the site owner, but to every single contributing member. I'm sure you must have had some positive dealings with casinos at some point in your gambling history, why not share those attributes? You'd be surprised how many people will respond with like comments and thanks.

There are a lot of great people here, some who don't post often, but when they do, watch out! Cause they really come out with some profound stuff!!! I guess I should stop now that I have derailed the thread...

Nifty, why are you replying to this guy? In all his posts he makes sweeping statements with absolutely nothing to back him up.

No it is brain surgery as Mr. Burns would say. :D

And actually I do see a problem. Why do they need to put this misleading term? If you play on these games before meeting our requirements, then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion. Instead of: If you play any of these games before meeting our requirements all winnings will be void. And the answer is the same what mn001 already suggested regarding coding this terms in the software. They want players to play even the not allowed games. If they lose, that's fine, if they win they can void the winnings quoting the bogus term.

Where is the part in the terms where the casino asks you to play restricted games so they can void the winnings?

It clearly says which games are restricted....any person with an ounce of common sense would avoid these games like the plague and not risk the possibility that their winnings may be denied.

Forget coding the software. Just do what 99.9% of the rest of us are perfectly able to do - don't play restricted games!

Actually the FULL terms state:

If you play on these games before meeting our requirements, then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion. Further, all losses incurred while playing said games will be non-refundable. We are therefore strongly advising you not play any of these games until your wagering requirement is met to avoid potential winnings being voided. If you choose to disregard this restriction advisory, then please note that any game play at these games before you meet the requirements set forth will not count for fulfilling your requirement. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawal greater than the player's original deposit if the bonus and/or the deposit is played in any of the excluded games.

The bolded part is the basis for confiscating the winnings and it is very clear in this regard. Case closed.

Have you read my question? Probably not, so I repeat it.

I did not say that they can not void any winnings based on that term.
I only asked why they say it is a possibility and not a fact.

And (un)fortunately it looks that I am person without an ounce common sense who did not do what 99.9999% of you do and played not allowed games before completing WR. Guess what, I was able to cashout quite many times in different casinos. I know, I was lucky.

@stokes...and it is because of players such as you that the honest player has to go through hell when a truly honest mistake is made.

Wasn't the term that only winnings on games NOT allowed will be void. He won much more from other games. I know the usual practice is to void all winnings, but the casinos own terms do not state this.

Yes, but this guy started to play on table games. That means that his winnings on table games made it possible to later bet this and win on slots. His winnings on slots were therefore a result of his "illegal" table game betting. All of his winnings must be voided.

 I hope you are aware that there is no advantage in doing this. Why his winnings was voided is the bolded part in Niftys post, if they wouldnt have had that term then the OPs claim would have been legit IMO.

Stupid wording of the terms, should have just read that they will void all your winnings if you play restricted games.

Usually I disagree with Nifty but this is a clear case. OP could have included the whole term...

Even though I mainly play video slots these days, I still don't take bonuses. For all the reasons you've already stated.

i know a guy plays slots in goldenpalace

still i didnt see cashout from there , i guess from what i hear they are a paying casino

also i seen them in some grey lists before . i myself never played there . i have enough trouble winning at certified casinos .

Thanks Nifty.

"We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawal greater than the player's original deposit if the bonus and/or the deposit is played in any of the excluded games."

- I didn't see it!
Funny nobody from the casino support didn't mention it :)

Actually I knew the bonus rules quite well, so I was taking a change and hoping to cash out. (I had to) because NON-US players are not able to deposit there anymore since 2 weeks ago. If I was still able to deposit, I could have turned the bonus money into real money, by my secret little trick.

BTW. If anyone want to know this little trick... I am looking for a joint venture partner (from USA!!).
We share loss and winnings 50% and we WILL profit around 3000$ a week...

Adminwarning: encouraging fraud
