Is anyone familiar with this casino. I called them and they say they are in Africa and connected with Vegas Grande. They didn't know what I was talking about when I asked if they were accredited with Casino Meister

I have played there and also cashed out. Charles was the rep I talked with during my withdrawal and he was very kine. See the thread on them.Is anyone familiar with this casino.

It COULD be a typo...if its not then it makes for interesting reading.
I did get paid, but I had to change to ecocard which I dont like, but wasnt willing to wait an unspecified amount of time for Neteller. The casino should probably stop taking Neteller deposits until they can process withdrawals back.
This must have just been a typo, as Gold Vegas Casino is not affiliated with grande vegas.
I am not too sure why the support would have said this but it is not correct.

Do you outsource your support? Perhaps to the same call centre that does Grande Vegas?
If so, I suggest you contact them and make sure they know the difference.
GoldVegas, IMHO you have a poor name...Gold and Vegas do not inspire confidence because of some spammy and or rogue casinos incorporating these words.
It is nice to see a rep here and responsive though. Thanks for responding.

I am glad to be of any kind of help that I can.
Currently our call centre is being out sourced, and they have been informed of the error that was made, thanks for the heads up though.
Regarding our name - its here to stay, but I assure you that what you have previously associated with those words is definately not the way Gold Vegas Casino opperates!

My first withdrawal also took an extra few days due to a glitch in the email system where I sent docs and they sent requests and neither of us got either, then we tried a different email all the while being in live chat and finally got their email and the got my docs and we both notified each other within seconds right then in chat and I was good to go and I did get paid within 12 hours. So I suggest you keep checking through live chat to see if they got your docs in order and keep it as a backup each day until you get paid. Emails do get lost and junked for some odd reason at times without knowing it. If you get Charles he is extremely helpful and got me paid ASAP when it lagged for days.I sent them the ID today and they are saying it'll take another 72 hours before my payment can be processed.
