Hi Jasminebed
I am glad to be of any kind of help that I can.
Currently our call centre is being out sourced, and they have been informed of the error that was made, thanks for the heads up though.
Regarding our name - its here to stay, but I assure you that what you have previously associated with those words is definately not the way Gold Vegas Casino opperates!
If there is anything else you need, please do not hesitate to contact me
Jenna
If the same can be said of Vegas Grande, then we have an explanation for the perceived connection. If this call centre is also working for a rogue casino, then you have more to worry about when another typo is made.
The problem is that rogue operators will deliberately use tricks and lies, to convince players they are squeaky clean, making it hard for players to properly assess each new casino that turns up.
You should impress upon the call centre that these mistakes are NOT to be viewed as "minor", since they imply a connection of ownership that does not exist.
A few rogue casinos have been "rumbled", despite using name deception, by these blunders at the call centre, so you can see, this is not always a minor matter that can be brushed off as a typo.
Virtual casinos, and the old Crystal Palace group have gone to considerable lengths to whitewash some of their properties by rebranding, and then pretending to be new to players, but have often been caught out.
Virtual have split into 2, one "reputable", and the other the "rogue" ones. They have then bundled these "reputable" ones into the Gambling Wages program, and try to avoid mention of their pedigree (Virtual). Crystal Palace casinos were all renamed, but were quickly "busted" because of the sudden, and highly suspicions, simultaneous launch of such a number of "new" RTG casinos. The support centre confirmed what was going on, perhaps not what management had intended. We still don't know who the hell is running these, Virtual have denied it, but they would - even if they were.
New RTG casinos, and those with new software, have this to contend with, and it can inhibit the process of growing player trust. Passing CM accreditation though, does wonders for gaining the trust of players.
