My friend tried to cashin $272 from Gold Club Casino. When he clicked on the submit button, nothing happened, it looked like a technical problem on the casino end. So he contacted support who wrote back;

the withdrawal limits for this month period should allow you to withdraw an
amount of $225. Could you please try to make this transaction and in case that
it is still not workin, please contact us again.

Could this be a simple matter of him having to type in the securitycode. You can withdraw up to $500 without a code and maybe your friend previously withdrew $275, leaving $225. The answer from support does sound strange but it sounds even more strange if they set a monthly withdrawel limit of $225...
