Thats strange! I'm sure CS must be mixing up withdrawal methods.
They do their own processing, so when they say 24 hours to process, that should be it for ewallets. 5 days, more like a wire transfer. When did you make your withdrawal?
Is this your first one (docs approved)?

The CS has made a mistake here, inside the hours that the financial team are there a Neteller withdrawal is dealt with within a few hours from the point of flushing to hitting your account, and I should know i`ve had plenty of them .

I believe they have a MAXIMUM of 5 days to NETELLER. normally it's paid the next day (also weekends).

For questions you can contact their rep, Gia. GoWild is (normally) indeed very fast with payouts.

If I request a cheq it's only 3 days when it hits my doorstep and the next day for a wire transfer !..that's fast in my eyes...besides, I'd wait the 5 days for a withdraw considering some casinos take weeks.

My docs and first withdrawal were approved within 24 hours of my withdrawal request. I got an email response to my flush request within 4 hours. Withdrawal was to my CC and showed up within 48 hours. I am sure the rep here will help you out, GoWild has fantastic customer service

What this the most important aspect while you choose to play with an online casino? the service or the payouts? For me personally is the service which include the withdrawals. I did not check their website but they should have a complaints box so people can express.

5 days does seem odd but as others have said they are always much quicker. My guess is - quite sensibly - that they state longer than it will actually take to manage player expectations.

Any astute business owner will tell you the trick to getting a good reputation is to offer just enough to get a punter through the door then exceed their expectations by providing more.

It does seem that CS got it wrong. I always get my money in ecocard(also an e-wallet) within 24-30 hours and even during weekends. Seems you havent really experienced the cashout period there yet. If you had and it really took 5 working days I would be surprised.

Well, something is not right here, at least for me.

My 1st withdrawal was done in 24 hours, before some weeks, docs approved fast and i was very satisfied from the speed of Gowild.

But now, i've requested a moneybookers withdrawal at 7/8/2011. It's 9/8 and more than 48 hours passed but still no payment. No problem, i can wait and not have a complaint, but when the banking section on GoWild's website says that payments are done in 24 hours, i thought that i would paid in 24 hours or some more, but not more than 48 hours. At least, it's a moneybookers withdrawal where the most groups i play to, pay in a timely manner of 24h or at worst in 48h hours...

*Update: Just got paid and thanks to Gowild. I just hope next one will be faster.

I'm almost at one week for mine They gave a partial payout (??) but the rest ($6K+) is in the "Verification Process". They seem to be stalling for some reason as I never use casino bonuses. I've never had this many issues and delays with any other MG casino.

That sounds very odd indeed - and why should that be related to you not using any bonuses? That makes it even less understandable. You can always PM Gia, the casino rep, she's quick and friendly, so I've experienced.

Yesterday I've emailed the finance department and they excuse, and forwarded my withdrawal to verification process. (They have my docs for more than half a year, and it is not my first withdrawal). Now it´s the 23 dec 7:30 pm and there is still no money and no mail from them. What must they check so long? I hope my money is tomorrow on Neteller, but slowly disappearing my hope.

The problem has been resolved to my complete satisfaction! The money was transferred immediately to my Skrill account, after a very friendly call from the casino today. If I have understood all correctly (my english is not perfect) , there was probably a temporary problem with the transfer to Neteller. My special thanks go to Gia for her very quick help.
