Go Fish Verification

Hi all

This is mainly aimed @hinchy as I know you're going through a withdrawal process with these too, but I am trying to email my documents to them and the email is bouncing back to me, and there's no CSR's available on the site.

Hinchy - or anyone else who's used them - what email did you send your docs to?

Strange thing is, the verification email came from [email protected] but the email they want you to send docs to is [email protected] (without the s) - either way, both emails are rejecting, and I don't have a fax machine.

Bit stumped now as to what to do??

Because the original thread wasn't anything to do with verification, and it got quite lengthy so thought it would just be easier to start a new thread specifically about the issue I was having because more people may have used Go Fish but wouldn't necessarily read a thread called 'Advice Needed'

Is that ok?

Geesh, just try everything, support@, gofishing@, maybe livebait@, etc...

What a joke emailing personal doc info and they can't even provide the right working email address.

Is it just me or is this getting somewhat reckless?

You can do what you like - I don't run the forum! :p
(But if I did, I would merge your 2 threads)

One thing would help forum readers would be if people always named the casino in the thread title when starting a new one, like you did this time.
(Not aiming this just at you - a lot of other members do the same thing).

Please let us know if your documents go through OK. I have a contact at this casino I could ask for help if you get totally stuck.

There is an error in the email address, if you read the body of the text, its actually [email protected] not [email protected]. My initial email bounced back too until I read the actual email they sent instead of reply to the original one.

How long do they usually take to process payments KK? I sent my docs through a few days ago. Not had much experience of this type of process and especially when the withdrawal is rather substantial £1000+

I got one through to faxback@ eventually, I think my original one was too big a file for them to receive.

I know what you mean Hinchy, withdrawals of £1000 plus at a new casino is giving me itchy feet!

I would have thought you'd have yours by now though? It can't take that long to look at a document surely!

Just logged into my Go Fish account and the withdrawals are still showing as reversible.
I had to actually complete 2 withdrawals as the maximum allowed was 1000.

I've read on the forums that it can take up to 10 days or more to receive your cash

Urgh, 10 days!

That's crazy, but I guess it's a nice start to the new year!

Funny how places are quick enough to take your money yet when it comes to paying it back its a different story.

I must say, I have been tempted by the 170% reversal bonus on the smaller withdrawal if I reverse it, but if it takes this long to get paid I won't bother

Yes, I have my eye on that too, lets see how they are at paying out first before I deposit any more money

Just got an email confirming my docs have been received and they've been forwarded to the dept that looks at them and I should hear back in 1 to 2 days.

All seems a bit lengthy to me but at least there's some progress

Yes, I've had the same email too, it looks like mine and your claims are running side by side

Well just had a convo with live chat, they're now saying it takes up to 5 business days to process a withdrawal, not including weekends or holidays 'like today' - since when was the 31st December a bank holiday? So looks like it may not be in my account until the 8th Jan now as my docs were not verified until Sat night, from a withdrawal on the 24th Dec.

It's all starting to piss me off now, how can it possibly take so long, Christmas or not this is ridiculous

I have a number of withdrawals outstanding, this one included and they are taking forever to pay out. What a coincidence that they are all Rival casinos.

How about [email protected]

I think in this day and age there must be a better way.

Nordicbet and betsson have a secure upload system in the account section. You need to be logged in to do it and its safe. No arguments about not receiving etc either. My docs were approved very fast with no emails etc required. With a system like this it could be workable to make uploading docs compulsory before a signup bonus can be activated.....pre-verification is the best way to do things IMO, however it is unworkable at present as a casino couldn't cope with thousands of players submitting docs at once....players would most likely go elsewhere.

I think your service is the best idea yet by a long streak. I hope regulated USA online casinos take up your service when the time comes.....hell if you're looking for a good salesman I'd run your Asia Pacific arm for ya! Online casinos just don't seem to want to leave verification in the hands of a third party.....which i get, but IMO the advantages to players and operators are too great to ignore. Funny how they'll use credit reference agencies and blacklists from other casinos, and bonus ban databases, but won't use one for the most obvious.

Thanks Nifty! :) My NV gaming attorney advised me it should be coming up before the gaming commission before or around May 2013. It's an intense and long process..

Well still no payment received from my withdrawal on the 24th, getting really tired of this now.

This length of time to process a payout is just simply unacceptable, the live chat staff are so rude, patronising and unhelpful it's unreal and I have not had one response to any emails. Hinchy was paid out 3 days ago and we withdrew nearly at the same time, I got an email on the 29th saying my docs had been accepted and I would be paid out 'shortly'.

Holidays or not, this is now a joke and it's a lot of money I am waiting on.

KK - is there anything you can do to help with your contact at Go Fish?

Thanks

I was lucky Ecopac, I still have pending cashouts at 6 other Rival casinos, of which none seem in any rush to payout.
One has even requested in supplement to the docs I have already provided , of which they have accepted, copies of the credit cards I have used for depositing - is this normal? They are quick enough and dont ask any questions when you deposit, but it seems a different story when withdrawing.

It's an absolute joke Hinchy.

I just imagine the CSR's, the document verification team and the cashiers are all the same person or just 2/3 people that all probably sit together anyway. It cannot possibly take so long to process a payout, it's like they're just sitting on it to be awkward.

They must know that by taking so long they'll never get a returning customer so why bother being so difficult about it. I can't imagine they've got thousands of payouts to process every day!

Still no payment coming my way, had a very frustrating chat with a CSR who has simply said 'should be sometime this week' then promptly disconnected which is the norm for these, they always disconnect the chat before i actually finish

Its now been 14 days in processing, 9 days since my documents were accepted.

Have you had any further joy yet Hinchy with your other Rival withdrawals? KK, I assume your contact hasn't come back to you either?

I wouldn't be so frustrated over it all if it was a small withdrawal, but it's over £1200 and I don't like being strung along for this kind of money!

I've had some success and still chasing others.
I'm surprised you are still waiting for yours, did you deposit/request withdrawal through Neteller?
I've still got £900 pending payments at 4 Rival casinos,I do chase every day though.

I must say though that Slotland (non rival) were very good at payment, very prompt and pleased for me to actually win and withdraw

Yes everything through Neteller as they didn't accept debit cards!

£900 still outstanding - you had a good week then with all those winnings!!

I've been on a good run, nothing spectacular, but £100 to £200 profit on welcome bonuses, and playing sensibly!
The win at go fish was my biggest, I quite like the rival slots, now that I know which ones to play and those to avoid.

Hi KK

No probs. I have just had an email through saying the payout has been done and the money is now in my Neteller account, thank god!

Thanks for your help though, really appreciated.

Needless to say, I won't be depositing there again!
