Requested a withdrawal Thursday, and saturday still pending and went on live chat to ask why, and got this disgraceful message encouraging me to reverse it WTF

I apologize for the delay you have experienced, if you like at this stage you can reverse payment to carry on playing and request a new withdrawal before Monday?

What sort of support is that, then i laughed and asked her why it was delayed she said they had a "backlog" of payments :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
