Did you know gigadat is located in Manitoba Canada, the payout provider is paymentiq, so many fuckers with the hand in the till

being Canada, there's really no excuse to not have it instantaneous, at least during business hrs; after all, theyve autodeposit

if they cant be on the ball to forward it, they shouldnt offer autodeposit - rather, accept and forward and leave the option to cancel

Yes, but I gather, we send to Gigadat (whom auto receive the funds), who in their turn, when they manually do so, forward to VS
I could well be wrong; but seems that's where the delay lays

If it's hours to forward from their end, I'd sooner the option to cancel a pending etransfer and opt to play elsewhere, than knowing theyve auto accepted funds that are merely...sitting in their accts....which I cant cancel because theyve taken/accepted the funds

It has nothing to do with VS, it's happening at other casinos. According to Gigadat, there is some issue with their bank releasing the funds.

I'm PST; I've noticed deposits go quickly if done early in the day. The later the deposit, the longer the wait -- i.e. after banking hours.

Deposited via Gigadat e-transfer tonight, aprox 5 hours ago, still no sign of the deposit. Pokerstars usually completes these in under an hour at worst....my first real bad experience with this whole e-transfer BS.
Hoping it hits my account within 24 hours, or could be up to a week to be returned to my bank account. What in the hell is the holdup with these deposits? Have Gigadat given us any positioning at all?

I emailed giga and the response was that I need to give them 24 hours as it is beyond their control and is an upstream issue-- I call BS

My interac e transfer deposit remained pending (unpushed by Gigadat) for over 24 hours, so Pokerstars has cancelled the deposit, and told me I need to wait for Gigadat to reach out to me for an eventual refund.
I was also advised that since Gigadat is having trouble doing them in under 24 hours, it's up to me if I ever want to try again...since there are no guarantees Gigadat will honor the deposits.
Man, I wish they had a rep we could tear into....looks like e-transfer deposits are becoming unviable.

Keep Spamming them with the same original message to the email you sent- Like I mean 10 times at least- they will eventually respond- thats what I had to do..I said things like .. "still waiting"- Then "Hello anyone there"? etc..

How many of you having problems are trying to Etransfer through TD? TD has been a pain for the last couple months, I tried a deposit with TD, one with RBC and one with Tangerine, I ended up cancelling my TD one after 4 hours, RBC was through in minutes and Tangerine was about 35mins.

For some reason I believe TD is flagging deposits.

I think you are on to something. Dionysus and Steve both also reported using TD. If others are working that can't be coincidence. I'll be giving gigadat another try with my usual Thursday deposit but I'll use tangerine this time.

If you all want to use Interac open an account with RBC, it is the only one I know of that does Interac online....it is still powered by Gigadat but is instant, it gives you the option "online" or Etransfer, I use it all the time.

Actually no, it appears to give you that option but TD does not do Interac Online......I have gone down this road and spent at least an hour with their customer service, I think maybe at one time they did but not for some years now.

Interac online works for TD cards that are not visa debit but the majority of those are long gone.

The visa debit ones need to be used like a credit card, but gambling transactions are blocked by TD visa; unless your depositing to play now. Apparently gambling is perfectly fine when the government is running the racket.

I’m with Royal, I have done over a dozen deposits or withdrawals in August with Twin by way of gigadat.
Deposits are processed and credited to my casino account in about 15 seconds and withdrawals arrive in my bank between 3 and 4 am the day after the request is approved By Twin (which usually takes about half to one hour)
Never any deviation.
I have always liked RBC because they treat me like an adult unlike our friends TD.

Not sure what is going on with gigadat. I ended up messaging bitstarz when gigadat didn't answer me and they were able to get it sorted within a day. Gigadat finally responded after 3 days of processing to tell me it has been completed (bitstarz had already figured it out a day earlier). Delays suck but even if they would at least acknowledge your problem and let you know when to realistically expect a fix, I'd be fine with that. The lack of support is the real deal breaker.

And I agree that ecopayz is a decent option. Only reason I stay away is that both TD and Tangerine started questioning me when I would receive an overseas wire/eft from them. They know it's gambling but it's like they need you to admit it. Id be fearful that one day the bank will confiscate it.
