I will be 100% voting for Pierre though because he says he stands for the same values I do. No transitioning kids, not pandering to the LGB+ and getting rid of the carbon tax.

He's pretty iffy on immigration which I dont like.

Farage is unpopular with everyone except Reform voters, which as we know from the general election, is about 14% of people.

Every time some fringe far-right wing party gets a bit of traction (and Reform did no better than UKIP) it's hailed as a new coming for the 'voice of the silent majority', and every time it fades back into irrelevance.

There'll always be a rump of around 15% willing to vote for a party like Reform, and that's it.

In truth I've never watched one episode of NF's gbnews show, but did catch his lbc radio show from time to time though.

Tv in general is not very good atm, and let's say you are conservative/lean right which programme or channel caters for this outlook, none.

I suspect it's why he didn't want to end working at gbnews, because if things don't noticeably improve in the country and soon, the right wing/populist audience will grow quickly.

If anyone's looking at what these people are actually getting sent to jail for, rather than the sensationalist headlines and nonsense that's being presented at the surface level, and thinking/worrying, 'Oh blimey I'd better be careful as that's the sort of thing I like to do', they need to give their head a wobble.

The threshold for being sent to jail is pretty high, and there were no tears being shed here at CM for the Just Stop Oil folks who were, let's remember, sat at home on a Zoom call planning disruptive but peaceful, non-violent protest, and got sent down for 4-5 years. (And yes, there is a bit more to their story too, which was made clear by the judge in his sentencing, and did give me some pause for thought.)

When a UK judge doesnt sentence an immigrant who raped a 13 year old to any prison time but sentences a man to 20 months in prison for saying to smash up a hotel, you have a serious problem.
