Gamebookers.com false advertising

Hi

I sign up on gamebookers.com planing to take advantage of their sign up bonus of 50% up to 100EUR. I deposited 142 which is equal to 200EUR.
But i never got any bonus, mailed support and got an answer today.
They told me that they had/are having technical problems and that I could not get the bonus. However they tried to please me by giving me a "small bonus" of 5. I really hope that I don't have to wager these.
If they can add a "small bonus" to my account, why can't they add the full amount of the bonus..

So what can I do? Demand the full bonus?

Had exactly the same problem and got this reply.

Unfortunately, we would have to inform you that as of 14:00 CET, 12/9/2005 our GBP Casino promotion was discontinued. As your first Casino transaction was executed at 23:55 CET 12/9/2005 the Casino bonus wasn't credited to your Casino balance. Casino bonuses are credited automatically to customers who buy Casino chips for the first time and is also available only for casino gaming. Therefore, it would be physically impossible to credit you another bonus of this kind for Casino gaming.

We sincerely apologize for this situation and any inconvenience or disillusionment it may have caused.

We hope you would not find this information disappointing and would also like to use this opportunity to wish you much fun and the best of luck in your future utilization of our gaming services!

it sounds like your having a lot of bonus issues at the moment, not to mention that you seem to be opening up a lot of accounts.
 
How many accounts do you have?
Is there a limit on the number you can have ?

Have you taken a dislike to me because you are from Middlesborough and Im a geordie legend :) :) :)

I was refering to the time mentioned in the email. I joined that day but didnt play on the casino until after the football had fininshed that day. Nothing to do with the football season
 
I'd fight that decision... The attached screen shot was just taken, and it states that the promotion is available until the end of September. They owe you this one.

Very pleased to say that Gamebookers have agrred to credit me the bonus. I cant post yhe email here as it has a confidentiality attached to it but i am pleased with the result.

Just want to say that they credited my casino-account with another 100 after an angry mail. However, I found their Java based software a tad streaky. Lost the full amount 100 in 700-something wr with 3 a hand.

What are the odds of that happening?
