Game Crashed and bonus was "lost"

I was Playing Dead or alive and my pc crashed went back on and the bonus was gone and no funds was added to my balance, Contacted live support who told me there is no record of me getting a bonus feature.
Where do i go from here, They told me it was a game malfunction so it was voided

Did you start the bonus round before it crashed?

They should be able to check the game logs and get the game ID for the last round you played? That's if you haven't played the game anymore since the crash.
