Sorry there is no update and its becoming a more common issue with this casino. There is nothing anyone can do. They refuse to answer any questions and ignore everyone and just take your money and leave.Hi, same thing happened to me 2 days ago… any update on this?
Might be worth making an official warning as employees are stealing players balances and not responding to complaints. @maxd
I have high hopes for Duel, although overall I already have positive experience playing at crypto casinos, well, except for some not very large ones.I think quite a few crypto casino's are a bit suss. Stake like Gamdon seem good when everything is fine but if you have any issues your fucked. Take a look at the recent data hack that stake was involved in, all the user details stolen - Stake blames their partner and just moves on. If that was a large corporation it would be all over the news. Gambling on crypto casino's is like the wild west.
This is what i asked them
How are 2 people from 2 locations allowed in at the same time? Why wouldnt I be sent a security alert at an attempt at log in? Why no password reset email?

The problem is all the good reviews and ratings on Gamdom. I always do my research before depositing in a casino and they were highly rated pretty much everywhere. I spent an hour reading through threads and posts and everything seemed positive.Only on page 2 yet, but i wanted to chime in here and say this is probably the flipside of the fact that you and anyone else can play on these sites without having to KYC, and vice versa: using a VPN, like a lot of crypto players seem to do, is a thing, and i assume simply due to that they have disabled or not implemented any of those flags/triggers that would normally protect you in such scenarios....
Hope i will read some good news on the coming pages
Edited to add:
Ok, up to speed, and indeed, a fine mess that is! And not trying to be a dick here, but this was of course always a real risk when venturing on unlicensed sites...
And yes, it also was a risk back in the day, when basically every Casino was in a gray zone of sorts. That said, i do feel pretty safe in my handful of Casinos since the whole licensing period: i basically only play at licensed ones these days. Of course any Legacy accredited Casino that i can still play at. i would. But as we all know even getting accredited, is no guarantee for the future!
Also, I will be the first to admit i totally understand why one would go the crypto/unlicensed route though: the whole nanny-ing BS and removal of QoL features such as autoplay, under the guise of responsible playing - is laughable, at best.
But even though i was very tempted, i decided against it because i was worried about just such a scenario, as you are now experiencing. Glad i did! I really hope your post and active pursuit on other media and fora have the desired effect! These people are scum...
Had a couple of side notes but this post is long enough![]()
Unfortunately, reviews like Trustpilot won’t help. Building a reliable shortlist is extremely hard. The problem is all the good reviews and ratings on Gamdom. It just goes to show at anytime a casino can switch and when you play on these casinos, you open yourself up to fraud regardless of good ratings or not.
As I see more complaints, my guess is Gamdom sold their casino to scammers as these compaints started to arise at all the same time of employees logging and stealing their money. And they only do it to non 2FA accounts. So they likely pay the accounts that are protected but then log into the ones which arent and steal from them and then claim "oh youve been hacked". Yeah sure..everyone gets hacked.
Ill never deposit on a crypto website again. And nobody in their right mind should given all the complaints about Gamdom stealing players balances mid play and not responding to emails.
Gamdom was highly rated. Just like Stake and the rest. If it can happen on Gamdom it can happen anywhere crypto.
Trust pilot is one I dont read its too bias. I go straight to gambling forums and forum reviews and spend time reading player commentsUnfortunately, reviews like Trustpilot won’t help. Building a reliable shortlist is extremely hard.
Still, I often play on crypto sites to avoid SOW friction or to get better promos, and many projects stay solid for a long time.
I have enough experience to minimize the risk of non payment, but the default best choice is still casinos with a national, reputable licence.
So how did this go? Care to share what you did in this space?I gave them til Monday. If I am not paid then I will pursue this by other means which includes paid advertising that is directly pushed (via tags) towards the gambling community on social media.
I did a paid advertising on facebook. Was seen by about 100k people. So how did this go? Care to share what you did in this space?
Any links?I did a paid advertising on facebook. Was seen by about 100k people.
No the ad expired. It was basically a 30 second video and writing above the ad how gamdom was a scam casino where they steal player balances, with some screenshots as proof.Any links?
many casinos have this, some even have it 2x or 3xI also didn't realize that a really really horrendous practice with Gamdom is that you have to wager your entire deposit amount at least once before you can make a withdrawal. So if you hit big early on, you still have to play on till the whole deposit amount from the win is wagered.
That alone is a scandalous practice and another reason other than the above to stay well away.

here's winz.io withdrawal policyNone of the other crypto casinos I've played that have that, defo none of the UK casinos I've ever played it. Horrendous practice imo.
That just sounds like standard anti money laundering procedures. From your reaction, I'm guessing those must be absent from many crypto sites?None of the other crypto casinos I've played that have that, defo none of the UK casinos I've ever played it. Horrendous practice imo.
Playing through your deposit 1x before you can cashout on sites that aren't crypto is pretty much standard everywhere because of AML. Most sites you play at have a good history knowing you so it is certainly possible they waive that requirement.
I always play any deposit 1x even if I win early. While like most of us... We want to win! I also want TO HAVE FUN so playing the deposit 1x isn't an issue IMO.
Every single crypto casino I play at requires a 1x wager on all deposits. It’s standard for AML purposes as others have said.None of the other crypto casinos I've played that have that, defo none of the UK casinos I've ever played it. Horrendous practice imo.
