Anyone dealt with these, i was given a deposit 20 get 80 free x20 wagering offer, which was too good to resister.

I wagered the 2000 last night after 5 hours of play, mostly betting between 25p to £2 a spin as bank went up and down,

First off lie chat denied me the offer, till i said i had proof then said "oh yeh". After i wager it, they tell me it will pend for 72hrs as first withdrawal, i log on this morning and see it no longer pending, i ask chat if it's process he then says it's a no deposit bonus and ma win £100. I point out i deposited for the offer, he again says oh yes your correct. Then says it's on hold whilst they review your gameplay.

I find the live chat support a absolute joke and clueless, and they seem to want to find you on any term and condition going to not pay.
 
Unfortunately there is not much recourse if you want to file a complaint, other than their designated ADR. See their Terms for details, section "17.6. The Complaints and Disputes resolution policy".

I am hoping it won't get to that stage, if im correct Coral own Galacasino and I've never had issues with payments before. The payment is no longer pending, but it's still not been processed, they say it is in a queue of payments which have built up. But i was tol yesterday it would be processed that day.

But if it's not done by no later than tomorrow i will be annoyed.
