Fruity Casa Casino experience with document verification

Hi

I've been playing online for almost 20 years


So I signed up at Fruity Casa Casino today

and deposited about 300 euros
(all without bonus)

And now wanted to pay out a similar sum!
But I've been trying to send my Documents for almost 1h now
to be uploaded during the automated account verification on the casino site!

but without success, various documents are always rejected..!?

Is the intention there so cumbersome and always rejected?

How can I send the documents there?

Does anyone have experience with the casino practices there?
Because here it is listed under the accredited casinos?

I was also going to start a topic on their sister site Casigo regarding other peoples experience but i think someone will reply here.
Regarding verification it went hasslefree for me. I clicked a picture of my passport and took a screenshot of my bankstatement and uploaded it. Both got accepted in under a minute. You should try it. Click picture first and then upload.

Have you tried reaching them through their support team or their email?

Yes, thanks after I gambled away the 500 win again yesterday..

I deposited a few hundred again today.

And just received the message that my documents have now been checked.:thumbsup:

after I deposited again today I had some luck again
so i Just ordered a payout today

unfortunately it says again now 2 days pending again...:confused:





2 days pending payout despite verified documents is ... 🤐

So i only can wait again ...:cool:

Despite 2 days pending as in the mail about an hour ago ...

I just got the money on Skrill at the moment :thumbsup:
