So that hasn't happened to me even after almost 20 years of online gaming... :confused:

So I play the Game CASH EXPRESS on Fruity Casa and in the game

after "a few" deposits until I have finally get the first free spin..:cheers:

And then the game writes an error

Game restarted wants to start free play again
but Error

So according to the chat
browser cache and history deleted in Chrome👍

no improvement itself error when starting the game ..?

So also started the Casino and Game on my tablet with Android
No same Error

Then now with a freshly installed Firerfox browser

Always the same result...🤬


And now after a few hundred euros gambled away, it means it will be passed on to a technical department and I will get an answer..?

Great thing because you can really lose interest..

Does anyone have any idea what it can be and how it will continue..?

Did you then deposit hundreds and get a bonus game with a profit of 5 euros after resetting?:confused:

I deposited almost 500 today alone at this Casino

I better not talk about the other days at there ..


I mean we all lost a lot, but when you finally have a free game after hours
and then an error that can't be fixed, it sucks:axeman2:

You should switch casinos, as they seem to be shutting down on Nov. 7th judging by the numerous emails they’ve spammed to me (haven’t made a single deposit there)

Well, we have all paid enough dues, I think

and 99% of us didn't have a big win...🙄

It's just stupid when you have to be so annoyed about all the money you gambled away

So I just asked again if something happened since yesterday

according to the chat, that's right with November 7th

Everything is closed there, but there is no more talk of a move to 21Casino...?🤔


And it can take up to 7 days to process.

So I will probably have to wait for an answer or try to create a PAB with you after 9 days.. 🤷‍♂️

Given the situation with the impending closure you are welcome to PAB as soon as you like, no need to wait unless you think that's the best thing to do given your communications with them.

Simply ridiculous..

considering what I deposited at the casino there..!

On the said day alone, when the free spins did not start, I deposited almost 500 euros.


No answer for weeks

And today the answer ..
for a bonus game (the only one! in the slot)
that I was never able to play but "APPARENTLY after depositing almost 500 euros
I only won 20 euros in the bonus game with a stake of 70 cents..?:what:


Says / assert the casino at least.. because I could never play the bonus game:puke:

And now according to the mail from the casino / game operator

So I SUPPOSEDLY only earned 20 euros,
which was credited to me ...now...👎
Just cheek!

i can only warn everyone about Fruity Casa which is now closed and moved to Casino 21..

Violating the PAB rules is not the way to answer that question. We've obviously been doing our best to help you so a simple "that sucks, what else can be done?" would have been perfectly sufficient and much more respectful. Instead you ignore the Rules in spite of multiple warnings along the way not to. Fine, no problem, but ignoring the PAB Rules = a dead PAB. So be it. Best of luck with this, might be tricky though now that they're closed.

When you create a PAB you are told to read and abide by the PAB Rules.
When we receive your PAB you are told to read and abide by the PAB Rules.

You're not being attacked, you're being told what should have been obvious to you to begin with: read the PAB Rules and abide by them. Nothing more, nothing less.

How many times do we have to say it? Whatever, the point is you didn't and the result is what it is. That's what I've said to you here today. Today wasn't a warning, it was me telling you the consequence of you having not paid attention to the previous directions to read and abide by the Rules.

When I said you could say "that sucks ..." I was referring to the small refund they had processed to you, not criticisms from you of the PAB services or my management of them.

Finally, you don't need to bold every second sentence. Most of us can read normal text perfectly well thank you.

Sorry if you feel that you've been mistreated or falsely accused. That wasn't the intent and I suspect there's something of a "lost in translation" issue here. Google Translate is okay for totally basic stuff but it's not up to the task of speaking -- or understanding -- a different language for you. This is why we suggest -- once again this is in the PAB Rules -- that if you are having trouble with your English that you get an English speaker to assist you. Google Translate is not a good substitute.
