this is offer clearly states ''play for free, win for real'' so i dont know if im wrong in my thinking but after anylising this promotion i went out to my own conclusion is was false advertisement

what suck is i had the discussion i had with their live chat copy but i copied the link over it, on another complaint i did ....im sorry


so after talking to live chat i got explained that there is no 30 free spin before depositing and that i could had won a bonus of 100$ for real play with the 3000$ free chips, then i would had to deposit 40 dollars to claim my 100$ real money bonus. and wager the bonus money 50x excluding the 40$ deposit

the freemoney is not working at the moment due to technical issue. so i cant even claim the freeplay bonus, that would lead me to deposit to get a free money bonus that need to be wagered.....

i mean isnt it just another matchup bonus???? 100$ vs 40$ deposit (250% matchup) wager = 5000 total

in NO way this could let me make real money for free, this is why i think in my own opinion this is a FAKE advertisement from a reputed casino

Your complaint is about the 50x wagering requirements?
Read the Terms and Conditions... If you don't like a bonus and it's terms, DON'T TAKE THE BONUS!

Always monitor your balance, especially when doing your first deposit in a casino.
If the bonus is automatically added, ask support to remove it!
It's gonna be better for the casino anyways, and they won't even argue with you about that!

If your concern is about not being able to win from $140 in your balance and $5000 to wager,
Remember that it's all random in an online casino.
So you can get a 100x bet or even better and finish the WR easily.
As well you can go bust...

I for one cleared a 99x wagering on a $250 bonus. And was still left with a pretty hefty balance to withdraw...
So, everything is possible.

You can play for free (a free sign up bonus) - in most casinos
And win for real - the average is of $100 max withdrawal from the free bonus...
$100 for free - that's actually not bad if you're able to finish WR and get to $100...

IIRC Maple (vegas Partner Lounge?) (when available to UK players before pull out) offered a 'try before you buy' promotion, namely the 'Hours Free Play' similar to those offered at some CR casinos.

In a way (and I'm not taking either side) you can play for free (without depositing anything) using this Hour free play, anything over and above the Starting Balance is then 'your' bonus money (usually up to £100 max/cap) and normally 'released' on a players 1st deposit.

This £100 is then sort of real as It can be used to wager for real funds and if WR is met it is then real money and withdrawable, also during play, anything over and above the bonus amount will pay into cash portion of your balance so again 'real money'.

This is probably how Maple would 'cover their ass' if challenged, I would not say it is false advertising just a poor choice ( how convinient ) of wording.

well i understand this bonus could lead to money but it is not free at all

1rst you cant even get the free chip since the thing is Under technical issue
2nd all you can win is a bonus that require a deposit, if it was working

the thing is i signed up and what i got was nada but a deposit offer, i couldnt even try the casino for free

Its not excaly free, If you have to take the sign up bonus & make a depo, I could understand if you had to deposit to verify account but than was allowed to withdraw straight away, But if the rules state you have to take out the first depo bonus than yes its misleading,

I used to do OK from these VPL bonuses. You could (once) take the offer at more than one of their skins as long as no more than 2 a week. It used to be 30 or 35xB wagering. I did the free play and you could restart over and over until you got the max £100. Then you only needed to deposit £25 min to claim, so you had £125 to play with, with a 3k or 3.5k wagering. I cashed out on average 2/3 times at their sites, no issues.

It's actually an attractive SUB offer, effectively a 400% SUB. You get lot of playtime and only risk £25 of your money.

So after playing for free, you can use the 100 to win for real and cash it out if meeting WR. No foul.

You can colect ususally maximum 100$ Bonus money ( its very easy you need go with starting balance 3000$ up to 3100$ thats all) next you can colect 100$ Bonus money after make deposit. In maple rulez was colect 100$ after deposit 40$ with wagering 50 x bonus ?

So basicly they offered you 250% bonus from deposit 40$ with wagering 50 x bonus amounts. - So this freeplay rulez was Poor.

In web you can find a lot better freeplay rulez example from Casinorewards group : Rule colect 100$ after deposit 20$ with wagering probably 30 x bonus

Play with 120$ - So basicly its very good deposit bonus but need cerfuly read terms and conditions they have few strange rule like - not allowed dubled gambling options ( red / black card or not allowed use autoplay options)

Im remember also live chat confirmed me ( in casinorewards group ) Player can take it not only one time in all group ( skins) but can use it in all casinos / even if offer not show in accont ( and player still dont make first deposit ) they set up manual free play bonus to take offer.
