First ever issue with Video Slots

I regret having to do this as I've never had an issue with Video Slots however I made a withdrawal on 1st Jan for 200 that hasnt been paid.
I've been on live chat 6 times and was reassured that it would be paid and to come back after 5 business days. In the interim, I had two other withdrawals that were paid instantly that day but still no sign of the £200.
This was escalated on Friday and I still havent heard a peep from their team.
I went back on today with a pdf of my bank statement for proof.
I've spent almost 10 hours on with my bank who have assured me that no payment was recieved.

It seems I've had to do all the work myself but whats really getting to me is that I've had no contact since it was escalated on Friday.

Has this happened to anyone else?
I get these things happen but I feel it's been poor CS. Four days with no contact is not reasonable imo.

If withdrawal goes missing, it normally takes few days to locate it as we need to contact the payment provider.

But if you could send us an email to videoslotsteam@videoslots.com then we could take a look what is the current situation with your withdrawal.

However, I'm sure our payments team will try to find it as soon as possible.

I am having the exact same issue and I love the site. Have played for over four years and never had any problems. I did a general search on google and found many people who seem to be having the same problem recently. Anyway fingers crossed it get sorted for both you and me.
 
They do eventually pay, but I've had a multitude of problems since mid-October...I've had 30 withdrawals go missing and had to jump through the 'wait 5 working days, raise it, investigate it'....usually takes about a month to get it back but they get there in the end. I get on Livechat every two days to keep it going. I've switched my 'First out' method to Paypal and since then every withdrawal has been perfect, paid out within five minutes....worth considering.

I posted yesterday and it was sorted today. Yes, its frustrating.
I had forgotten how great @Casinomeister was!

Same thing as me but mine were 23 24 25 December it usually takes 5 min to come in my account
 
Mine was Visa originally…every missing withdrawal took about a month to reverse. Annoying thing was, they’d reverse it back into my VS account, then…you guessed it….it went missing on withdrawal again! Can’t recommend PayPal enough with VS.
